Ruhige, schöne Lage in reinem Wohngebiet. Gute Ausstattung. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Auszeit braucht.

De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en het verblijf is ruim.
De piepende bedden en de hele kleine badkamer.
Qua slaapkamers kun je hier met 6 personen verblijven, verder is het meubilair daar niet echt op ingericht. Ook het centrum van Koblenz
bleek verder dan gedacht.

Gostamos muito da casa, foi bem espaçosa e confortável. Havia livros e jogos para as crianças que pudemos usar e nos divertir. A TV também funcionou bem. As camas eram bem confortáveis, três camas de casal. Um dos quartos tinha um lavabo e havia um banheiro completo compartilhado. Achamos o chuveiro um pouco difícil de usar, vazou bastante água do box. Fora isso, tudo ótimo com a casa. O estacionamento foi ótimo pras nossas necessidades. Adoramos o jardim, e a localização da casa é muito agradável, com várias casas ao redor, um bairro bem bonito e residencial. Usamos a cozinha pra fazer nossas refeições, super bem equipada e com tudo o que precisamos. Gostamos muito também do material que eles deixaram explicando tudo sobre as acomodações. Os espaços externos de varanda também gostamos e usamos bastante.
Tivemos logo nas primeiras horas uma situação com o vizinho que bateu muito na parede e gritou com a gente. Estávamos vendo TV, então pensamos que tivesse sido por barulho, não conseguimos entender o que ele falava. Apesar de ser um horário bem cedo, nós diminuímos o volume e conversamos mais baixo. Avisamos os proprietários que nos acalmaram e disseram para não nos preocupar. Porém não posso negar que essa situação nos deixou um tanto desconfortáveis, com medo desse homem. Chegamos a vê-lo no dia em que fomos embora, parecia bem antipático.

1. Beds and the bedding : One of the beds in the bedroom was broken, bedding was dated, old, not fresh (unhygenic) and insufficient. The pillows were damaged , almost flat with no cushions. The fur filling in the pillows and quilt ( which was almost like a flat sheet) kept coming out and sticking to the clothes.
2. TV : TV remote wasnt working
3. Ironing facilities : Iron table was unusable with the table cover torn ( had to iron on the bed which was very uncomfortable) ( this was after checking about thr iron table availability prior to arrival)
4. Carpet : Carpet in the living room was stained and looked dirty
5. Bathroom : Shower cabinet was leaking from all sides and was very fragile and rickety.
6. Towels : Towels were worn out ( as if they had been heavily used for years) and one of it was even torn. ( towels availability was confirmed prior to arrival, so we werent carrying any as a backup) . This was a very unpleasant experience overall.
