Very good stay in a very good property.

The property was well maintained and very clean. It has sufficient space for four to six people. There is crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs; electric kettle; hotplates & oven; microwave; toaster and coffee machine. We appreciated supply of washing-up liquid and tea/coffee/milk. The apartment is a short flat walk to the centre of the old town shopping precinct, and the confluence of the Moselle and Rhineland rivers. Parking is available in a nearby underground parking structure (80m). The apartment is located on the second floor via wide staircase (no elevator). The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. The check-in instructions were very good and easy to understand.

The shower was the minimum size, and the toilet narrow.

A real cute apartment with comfortable furniture and in a central location.

The Apartment was in a great central location with a parking garage right across the street. The decor was fun and the beds were comfortable.

Initially a little confusing to find since the door was hidden next to a restaurant with outdoor seating on both sides of the door.

"Complete unsuitability"

The beds are old and unstable, the furniture is broken, and sleeping on the cheap mattress provides no comfort. The bedding appears as if it was salvaged from a junkyard, and the pillows are far from suitable. In short, it was a disaster for a good night's sleep. As regular travelers who prioritize quality rest, we were extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience did not match the price paid.

Gute Lage aber definitiv nicht noch mal

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt von Koblenz. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit 3 Schlafzimmer praktisch.

Grundsätzlich hat sich der Vermieter Gedanken zur Ausstattung gemacht: Kaffeemaschine, Mikro, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Fön vorhanden. Ein paar Kaffeekapseln waren vor Ort, allerdings gab es keine Beschreibung um welche Kapselmaschine es sich handelt (Tchibo). Allerdings entspricht die Menge des Geschirrs/Bestecks nicht der Bettenanzahl. Die Stühle in der Küche sind sehr fragil und ein Kehrblech mit Besen wäre von Vorteil. Was uns aber am meistens gestört hat ist die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit, speziell in der Küche und im Bad. Alle Schränke, Backofen, Besteckschublade, Kühlschrank etc waren dreckig, ganz zu Schweigen von der Dusche mit altem, vergilbtem Kalk und Dreck, verkalkter Glastüre und dem Badboden mit fremden Haaren und Fingernägel. Da fiel der Staub und die Spinnweben auch nicht mehr ins Gewicht. Eine Grundreinigung ist dringend nötig!! Leider verstehe ich die positiven Bewertung zur Sauberkeit nicht. Zudem wurde nie auf meine Anfrage zu einem 2. Schlüssel etc geantwortet.

Let wel op dat er niemand loopt achter jou terwijl je bezig bent met sleutel uit het kastje. Je gaat dan decoderen op dat kastje.

Betten viel zu weich. Eine Anleitung für die Fernseher wäre toll gewesen. 3 Kaffeekapseln für 4 Personen, eine mehr und wir hätten alle einen Kaffee gehabt

Fijn stadsappartement op perfecte locatie in de stad.

De locatie was echt super, je liep zo de stad in.

Het was heel warm in het verblijf en het tweepersoonsbed in de woonkamer maakte dat je daar niet ging zitten. (een opklapbed was handiger geweest.

Gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher. Schöne Lage in der Altstadt. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

In warmen Sommernächten ist es durch die vielen Restaurants lange laut draußen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber gut auszuhalten.

Preis-Leistung ist nicht gegeben

Die Wohnung ist renoviert. Die Zimmer sind groß. Die Lage in der Altstadt super. Das Parkhaus 50 Meter entfernt. Die Schlüsselbox am Haus ist perfekt zur Übergabe.

Extrem enges Treppenhaus. Schock beim Blick in den Innenhof. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Die Wohnungstür ist eher eine Zimmertür. Unterhaltungen auf dem Flur hört man ungewollt mit. Unter dem Haus ist wohl eine Disco: Freitag- und Samstag-Nacht wummern die Bässe bis morgens früh. So kann man nicht schlafen! Das Bad ist ein enger Schlauch. Die Dusche ist eng und nicht sauber. Der Backofen war von innen dreckig.

Wochenende in Koblenz

Die Wohnung liegt super und man konnte alles zu Fuß machen und brauchten die Tage kein Auto. Die Wohnung war gut und sauber, als wir ankamen. Das Auto musste zwar in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage stehen, aber wenn man im Urlaub ist, sollte das nicht stören.

1. Die Matratzen waren zu weich und nichts für meinen Rücken. Die könnte man erneuern, man hat ja zu Hause auch nicht solche Matratzen. 2. Statt der angegebenen Kaffeemaschine nur eine Kapselmaschine, was nicht wirklich unser Ding ist. 3. Man hat 2 Nächte den Bass der Disco um die Ecke gehört und kein Fernsehprogramm, worauf ich keine Antwort bekommen habe.
