Nice flat in a nice location.

The accommodation corresponds to its name - truly cozy, in a cozy place of a cozy city :) It is clean, modern, comfortable, situated next to the old center, shopping streets, mall, restaurants. It is 15 min walk from the train station.

Altstadt made easy!

Location was good, on the edge of the Old Town. Easy walking distance all the way down to Conrad Adenhauer ufer. Facilities were completely adequate for a 2 day stay. Clean and well priced.

We had to wait some time for the key to be delivered. The entrance side is on a main street and not very attractive. The host is not easy to communicate with in English.

Perfect location with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to public transit. Parking. My kids walked in and all said, "wow!"to the size of the apartment. We were all able to spread out and relax. Host is amazing and responsive!

Fab location

Very clean, modern and well appointed. We appreciated the fan. Comfortable bed. It is exactly as it looks in the picture. It is perfectly situated for the old town, and for the riversides.

It is noisy at night, Friday was pretty incredible, it has a take -away opposite, but the talking goes on right through the night. Take ear plugs as otherwise it is perfect!

I like the design of the house and its location.

I did not like the approach of the host. He was not flexible and helpful. It seems that he was in a rush and did not wait a minute more to welcome us and explain the house.

Great location and Great accommodations.

The location was great and super easy to find. We were near restaurants and shopping. The walk to the rivers was super easy. The apartment accommodated our family of four very well. It was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay again.

Our trip was during the summer and we needed to keep the windows open for cool air. Unfortunately this let in a lot of the weekend noise from the restaurants below. We turned on the white noise machine and slept well.

wonderful relaxing city break in fabulous Koblenz.

The property is situated at the beginning of the Alstadt allowing easy access to all of the main sights. We were personally met by Holger who took every care to ensure we had a good stay at his property. The property is very modern with every possible convenience thought about carefully. The apartment is a large open plan lounge/Kitchen with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. The Garage is underneath making parking easy and accessible. We had a wonderful weekend in Koblenz, thank you.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was great, in walking distance to everything in the Old Town etc.The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Furnishings a little spare and not terribly cozy. Wifi was a public hotspot, which for anyone who may have to work while travelling isn't great in terms of security. Parking facilities expensive and not great (cramped, overly short light timer, ended up unable to get out of the locked garage once, which resulted in additional taxi expense despite having paid for parking).

Really cozy apartment and great for long stay.

Photos published were accurate as actual. Cleanliness, spacious, facilities including washer, professional host, cozy flat and location was excellent.

Garbage disposal (no instructions or place to throw) outside the apartment.

Clean, bright, design with comfortable bed.

2 single use shower soap packages for 2 people staying 4 days is ridiculous. Also coffee maker should be pod style with pods included. Worst is seedy bar out window and only having one set of keys to enter building. Curtains still allow light in and there is still street noise with windows closed.

It was a very good stay.

Location is perfect. Room was very spacious. It was very tidy, A separate ventilator was present. nice and comfortable bed however it would have great to have an extra pillow.

Few things would make this place a perfect 10. 1. Few toiletries like shampoo, body wash would have been good. There was only a very small rather tiny packet of body wash. 2. Few sachets of tea bags and coffee would be great. Alas, there was none and when you wake up in the morning in such a beautiful house you except to have a cup of tea rather than going out for a coffee.

Superb flat in the centre of Koblenz!

The location of the flat is superb - everything in central Koblenz is within walking distance. It was super clean and Holger was so friendly and was waiting for us upon arrival. The WiFi was also very fast and reliable for the duration of our stay. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen which are perfect if you want to cook at the flat.

A great stay in a lovely town. Accommodation was just perfect for our needs.

The Flat was just perfect for a short stay. It was exceptionally clean and contained everything you might need. The location is ideal in the old town, close to all the bars/restaurants and is only a short walk from the river. It has underground secured parking which was great too. The host Peggy was extremely friendly and welcoming and told us everything we needed to know. Highly recommended.

One very small thing is that some more pillows in the bedroom would have been great, but that is the only improvement I could think of.

Heerlijk appartement in de prachtige stad Koblenz.

Het appartement is mooi en ligt midden in de oude stad. Er is tegen een kleine meerprijs ook een eigen parkeerplaats onder het appartement. Wij zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen als je Koblenz een weekendje wilt bezoeken.
