Die Lage top (nachts etwas laut was aber ab Mitternacht besser wird), die Ausstattung ein wenig wie im Katalog eines großen schwedischen Möbelhauses.
Als kleine „Jammerei“, die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche schwankt etwas und Geschirr ist größtenteils sauber.

Een ruime leuk ingericht appartement met veel gemakken , en het was schoon ! Goede conditie training telkens 4 trappen op om er te komen.
De douche temperaruur slecht regelbaar Het was er heel warm in huis , we hadden gelukkig ventilatoren mee genomen anders was het niet te doen geweest. En de vaatwasser was iets mee. Ramen konden niet open blijven ivm hel nacht rumoer op straat. Dat is op zich niet erg ! maar wel met die warmte.

Die Wohnung ist verwohnt hat dringend Renovierungsbedarf.Sauberkeit sowie die sanitären Anlagen sollten überprüft werden (kein warmes Wasser am Waschtisch)Kaffeemaschine mit Schimmelansatz.
