Located in Koblenz, the holiday apartment "Goldgrube Attic" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 65 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request and for an additional fee.
The accommodation is centrally located and only a 15 to 20-minute walk from the old town and the main train station. A supermarket is nearby. Families with children are very welcome. One pet is allowed upon prior arrangement and for a fee. Please do not allow the pet on beds or sofas.
Smoking, inviting unregistered guests (including children), and hosting events are not permitted. Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can bring your own or rent them on site for a fee. Please observe quiet hours during your stay (no noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
