Behavior of owner & caretaker person who kept apartment clean. Gave us extra rooms for Covid situation. Came in the afternoon to prepare the garden with tables & BBQ facility. 👍
Booking.com didn't represent correctly that bed linens and towels are NOT including in price. This created havoc both on us and the apartment owner. This is NOT accepted from us.🤬 Though we dropped the extra money asked for the towels & bed linens. Do update your website! 😠
