Nice, comfortable and quiet stay

The accommodation was comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. It was great we could bring the dog along also. Nice and quiet place with a comfortable bed and plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away. Also there’s a park not too far away for the dogs to have a stroll.

Parking was difficult, there was parking not too far away for free but we didn’t want to leave things that far away and also when unloading and loading bags etc as so far. There was parking inside the barrier outside the accommodation itself but we couldn’t get in to park there. It would make it much easier if that space was available to use or a parking pass to park on the street outside.

The apartment was absolutely excellent! Everything was brand new, perfectly clean, and beautifully arranged. There was nothing missing — all the essentials and even small thoughtful details were provided. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The location was great — quiet, convenient, and easy to reach. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the apartment and the service we received.

Great apartment but wasted on us

Great large apartment- had all the facilities

Was not close to anything. We were riding bikes and once we got there and unpacked everything was 4-5 minutes by car. Also there was a light on outside that shone through the door

Clean, family friendly, facilities. Ground floor properties so good for elders.

Felt the 1 person room is not value for the money. Accessories in Kitchen could have been better. Finding parking in-front of the property is tough but was able to park nearby (5 minute walk) as recommended by host.

We had a great place to comfortably rest after a whole day of sightseeing.

Very comfortable, with lot of space. Kitchen is very well equipped, so it’s very convenient if you wish to cook. There are 2 toilets, which is also convenient. The whole apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped.

Great facilities, friendly hosts, excellent value for money

Very friendly hosts. They were eager to help and ensured that we as guests felt comfortable and could reach out to them at any time if we needed help. The accommodation was a lot bigger than expected and it was a very modern construction and very comfortable. Our family absolutely loved the stay. The room was stacked with helpful information and had detailed check-in and check-out instructions. The kitchen was well furnished and was stocked more than we expected it to be. Having 2 toilets was a plus. It was great value for money.

Air conditioning could have been better. First floor (bedroom) was really warm and Air conditioning was not able to cool that area, it worked perfectly for the ground floor (living area).

Für eine Nacht zu dem Preis in Ordnung, man darf halt nicht genau hinschauen

Preis-Leistung war angemessen Dusche war sehr angenehm

Einrichtung war sehr günstig und schon stark abgenutzt. Viel Staub und Dreck auf den Fliesensockeln. Wasser in der Küche sprudelt auf die Arbeitsplatte Fliesensockel lösen sich fast überall von der Wand Wände wiesen zum Teil starke Abnutzung auf Es gab wenig Fliesenfugen die nicht gerissen waren Matratze war sehr schnell durchgelegen

Besonders die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Lage haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Check-in verlief reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme gerne wieder!"

Goed ruim appartement in Koblenz

Het ruime moderne appartement heeft een goede badkamer en keuken. Er is koffie en thee en zelfs een zelf te maken maaltijd stond klaar.

Het is moeilijk parkeren in de buurt van het appartement. Voor de de belichting is gekozen voor koud kleurige leds, dit komt steriel en koud over.

Die Unterkunft war sauber , hochwertig und toll ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vor der Türe waren Automaten an denen man sich Getränke / Essen kaufen konnte. Sehr nette , unkomplizierte Kommunikation vorab und gute Tipps bzgl der Busverbindung die sich direkt vor der Haustüre befindet und innerhalb 10 min ist man in der Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unerquickliche übernachtung in einem grauen Vorort von Koblenz

Der Preis war reell was hat ihn

Die Lage an einer engen Straße. Nahezu keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zu Multikulti Familien. Es war sehr laut. Billige Ausstattung im Apartment, vor allem in der Küche. Es war kein Toaster vorhanden. Das dritte Bett war eine Couch, die man auf Nachfrage selbst beziehen musste. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Apartment gebucht.

Als Hochzeitsgäste gebucht

Modern und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gewünscht hätte ich mir gerne einige farbliche Akzente. Größere Ausstattung in der Küche, Töpfe,... Es war sehr sauber, auch in den Schränken der Küche, inklusive des Backofens. Ein super tolles Bett und Schlafcouch in dem wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Personal ist uns nicht begegnet, was auch nicht nötig war, da wir nichts zu beanstanden hatten.

Leider waren sehr viele Abortfliegen in allen Räumen. Parkplatzsituation wie beschrieben eher schwierig. Leider ist die Lage etwas ungünstig, wenn der Hund "mal aufs Klo muss"😁 Wir mussten schon einige hundert Meter laufen, um etwas "Grün" unter den Pfoten zu haben. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass es uns nicht gefallen hat, es bedarf hier einfach etwas Umorganisation.

Fijn kort verblijf gehad op doorreis van Kroatië - Nederland

We waren met 2 gezinnen, elk een appartement kort van te voren geboekt. Duidelijke instructies vooraf, snel bereikbaar voor vragen, nette comfortabele ruimte met alle faciliteiten. Er stond zelfs koffie en thee. De bedden en slaapbank lagen prima. Airco en screens voor de ramen wat echt een plus is als je op doorreis bent!

Heerlijk en luxe.

Het was schoon en het beddengoed was heerlijk fris. Ook genoeg handdoeken en een luxe appartement.

Het appartement was in de nacht niet helemaal donker te krijgen van binnen, door de lamp van de overburen. Een slaapmasker zou een oplossing bieden of een mogelijkheid om de ramen van de voordeur lichtdicht te maken.

Schade drum, die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung leider nicht.

Der Gastgeber hatte das Bett nicht überprüft und wir haben Nachts erst gemerkt, dass mehrere Latten durchgebrochen waren. Ebenso war die Matratze komplett durchgelegen. Eine nächtliche Umbauaktion sowie das Schlafen im Hängematten-Stil sowie der Teils unfertige (Wand vergessen zu streichen) und Marke-Eigenbau Zustand haben den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr unschön in Erinnerung lassen. Ja, es gibt Hingucker, aber eine Übernachtung als Familie kann man dort einfach sein lassen. Weder sind die Fenster zu verdunkeln (oder die Eingangstüre) und somit ein Schlafen auf der Couch für das Kind mehr oder weniger hinfällig, noch ist die Lichtsituation im Bad durchdacht, da man außerhalb vom Bad aufgrund der Glasscheibe das gesamte Schlafzimmer mit-erleuchtet wird und ebenfalls ungeeignet für den Besuch mit einem Kind wäre. Und auch die Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Erfahrungen hat es nicht besser gemacht, denn abgesehen von Beileidsbekundungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bett gab es keine Kompensation, sondern eher den Vorwurf, unsere Erfahrung wäre unausgewogen gewesen. Ganz ehrlich, wir waren zur Übernachtung dort und die war einfach schlecht, weil das wichtigste im absolut schlechten Zustand war. PS: der Abfluss in der Dusche hat sehr große Schwierigkeiten mit seiner Hauptaufgabe.

Super Appartement für eine oder mehrere Nächte

Wir hatten ein 1,5-Zimmer Appartement. Es begrüßten uns in der Küche bereitgestellte Nudeln und Tomatensauce, außerdem Kaffeekapseln, Tee und Plätzchen und Schokolade. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gewisse persönliche Note, z.B. mit Büchern, einem Gästebuch und den bereits erwähnten kleinen Nettigkeiten in der Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist modern und einladend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns die eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nur ein Vorschlag; eine Gaderobe oder Kleiderhaken neben der Eingangstür wären noch praktisch und ein paar mehr Ablage und Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Absolut begeistert von dieser Wohnung! Meine Kollegen waren sehr zufrieden! Sie ist sehr gepflegt, hell und gemütlich, was sofort ein angenehmes Wohngefühl vermittelt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und funktional, besonders die Küche und das Badezimmer sind top gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Mietprozess angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Wohnung, die ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben in der Unterkunft. Die Automaten am Eingang waren super für ein paar Getränke.

Das Apartment hatte einen top Standard (sichere Eingangstür, elektr. Rollläden). Am besten hat mir die Vermieterin gefallen, die mir wahnsinnig geholfen hat spät abends noch ins Zimmer zu kommen. So unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr nett und bemüht, mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Super ausgestattet, alles sehr modern und ansprechend. Die Gastgeber haben sofort versucht, bei jedem Problem weiter zu helfen.

Leider extrem hellhörig, man hört sowohl die Mieter oberhalb als auch die von nebenan, als würden sie mit im Appartement stehen. Fenster müssen geschlossen bleiben, falls man das EG zur Straße hat.

Kompakt und angenehm.

Es war sehr sauber, modern und im großen und ganzen war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte, sogar ein Babybett! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und der Kontakt lief reibungslos.

Nur die Parkplatzsituation, dabei gibt es eine Innenhofparkmöglichkeit- ich denke, es ließe sich sicherlich lösen, Gäste auch dort parken zu lassen.
