Bright, clean, comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. There is an espresso machine! With beans, and a milk frother. The location is amazing, a short walk to the cable car. Because this was an office building, you enter the building, go up to the first floor, walk along an exterior walkway (balcony), then open a door to laundry, and units 2 & 3 are off that little laundry room. The apartment is a very good size, feels spacious and homey. And the host was immediately responding every time, to answer questions and to guide us to the apartment.
The small kitchen had everything we wanted - turn on the power bar and everything is powered up. There is no kitchen sink; you just use the bathroom sink. Since the apartment is in an old office complex the toilet is a macerator toilet, which we had no issues with, but FYI.
