Big house with many beds. Nice for a big group with decent facilities
Charge separately for bed linen which was provided but felt like poor quality. Bath shower on the top floor was not well regulated .. either too hot or too cold..

Nice, clean house with plenty of space for everyone.
Great kitchen with big dining table for 10 people. Nice location close to the river path and a 30 minute stroll to the old town (there's a ferry that's not on the map that cuts off a good chunk of the walk; cost is 1.60 Euros p/p.) Everything very clean and working well. We really enjoyed our stay :) Koblenz is a beautiful town.

Praktisch und sauber, kein Luxus.
In 1 Minute am Rhein, super für einen Spaziergang mit Kindern und Hund. Es war sauber, das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Der Verwalter hat bei Fragen sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr direkt vor der Haustüre.
Bei gutem Wetter ist die Parksituation sehr angespannt da sehr viele Menschen an den Rhein wollen. Nachts teilweise laut starke Auseinandersetzung in der direkten Umgebung. Die Zimmer im DG sind bei höheren Außentemperaturen stickig heiß. Keine gute Anbindung an ÖPNV.
