Nice place but only if there's no alternatives

Friendly host, provided a lot of additional info on sightseeing and moving around. Well-kept room, very orderly.

Communication about our estimated arrival time for check-in was a bit too obsessive, with the host emailing and messaging several times starting a month before our trip. The pressure to arrive at the agreed time made our trip a bit tense. Organizing key lockers instead would have been helpful. The host also instructed us to remove the bed linen before leaving - I thought it's not normally done by the guests.

A useful halfway stop on 2-day drive from Switzerland to England.

The fridge meant I could bring my own breakfast. Handy bus service into the centre of town. The host provided plenty of information in advance of my visit. The key deposit box gave me the flexibility to leave as early as I needed to.

I couldn't find an upstairs switch for the upstairs main light. The stairs were a bit steep, especially for descent. The hard deadline of 7pm for checking in meant that I had to schedule a lot of slack time in my journey in case of traffic hold-ups, and minimise my breaks.

Its way up a very steep hill and not close to town walking except by bus. the bus or car is necessary to get there so make sure you know the route.

Inconvenient location. Large hill to struggle up if on non e-bike - after a long day cycling to get there. A bus is needed to go to town. All doable but inconvenient for me. No local shops and no breakfast option. Opposite a prison. Too many emails!

Nice choice for a single or couple.

This is a combination of 3 apartments all on the ground level in 2 floors as shown on the photos. about 900m far from the Koblenz main train station in 75m uphill. 2 bus-lines are connected to the location closely and super easy to travel to the city by bus. the best part is the landlord himself who is a humble helpful man. the kitchen facilities are full enough for a big family and convenient to stay for a long period. the location is beside the prison which is OK and doesn't bother you at all. it is quiet and safe.

the coffee machine and shower could be better.

Very, very complet utilate, with all you can need, quait area, confortabil, the host, Mr Klaus J, very kind, riguros, 10 minute by walk to the Koblenz West Station.

The apartment is in the Koblenz-hill, is not very easy to walk! Not can finde the minimarket!
