About this apartment rental
Our apartments Koblenz-City are located in a green residential complex in the south of the city of Koblenz. They are extremely conveniently located. It only takes a few minutes to reach the main train station. By car you can quickly reach the beautiful surroundings of Koblenz on both sides of the Rhine with its wonderful forests, castles and fortresses.
To the Rhine arm "Schwanenteich" it is only 200m from the apartments Koblenz-City as the crow flies. From there you can take a nice walk - z. For example, with a small stop in the wine village - take the famous Koblenzer Rheinanlagen to the German Eck or in the old town of Koblenz. The paths along the Rhine can also be used by bicycles.
Also in the immediate vicinity is the Königsbacher brewery, opposite on the other side of the Rhine a very nice beer garden (Maximilians Brauwiesen) and for sports enthusiasts the tennis center, the outdoor pool and the stadium Oberwerth.
The apartments Koblenz-City itself are located in a six-family house in the 2nd Floor. There are two identical, 89 square meters apartments. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate 5-7 people.
You will find new bathrooms and kitchens, as well as completely new, modern furniture and fittings. Each of the two identical apartments each consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a balcony and a small storage room.
The bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). If required, we can also put them together for you as a double bed. In addition, there is the possibility to provide an extra bed in the larger bedrooms.
We pay particular attention to the very high quality of the beds: all beds have 7-zone cold foam reversible mattresses with different hardnesses, on the one side with degree of hardness 2, on the other with degree of hardness 3, depending on your personal sleeping habits and thus offer the best sleeping comfort.
The kitchens are fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric. Stove and oven, microwave with grill function, refrigerator with 3 * tray, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and of course enough crockery.
In the spacious living rooms are 2 sofa beds and a large dining table, which offers enough space for at least 6 people.
Amenities include a 40-inch flat screen TV (SMART TV, cable TV), an electric grill with which you can grill on the balcony in the summer months, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for a surcharge. There is free internet access via Wifi in the apartments. Each of our guests has their own private parking space directly at the house.
