Good place in the old city centre

Before arrival the host send instructions how to enter the building and the apartment. We were also able to check in earlier which was very handy to drop luggage and then go explore the city. The owner also checked in on us mid stay (via messaging) which gave me the opportunity to notify them that the heaters don't warm up properly. The apartment is right in the city centre and an easy walk from the Koblenz Stadtmitte train station. We travelled as a group of 5 (incl. a 3-year-old) and there were enough sleeping spots for all of us The TV has Netflix etc. which was handy for us at some point when the weather became too rainy. The shower has a nice strong pressure and water warms up quickly. In the kitchen there were plenty of supplies for tea and coffee (capsules). We haven't attempted to cook though and ate all meals out.

I'm not sure how well the floors have been cleaned before our arrival. The WiFi was quite weak.

Unable to get into the property. Message on window said Closed. Unable to contact via phone or msg. Unable to contact Booking.com except some incompetent AI. Had to find alternative accommodation.

- the apartment faces a busy street, those who need complete peace should take this into consideration, it didn't bother us btw - our apartment (22 Milan) is located on the 2nd floor - no elevator -, if you have trouble climbing stairs, consider this too

Can't park in the old town even for luggage drop-off. Parking in a short distance away parking house. No big deal though. Some payment related details differ from generic Booking.com practices, which was troublesome because of reservation on the day before arrival, but this got well resolved.

Wonderful stay in central location

Great location, everything is easy to walk to. Perfectly hot shower. Lot of space. We enjoyed it a lot.

Parking turned out to be free on Sundays, but we were not informed, so we paid 15 euros for parking in the recommended parking garage which was not necessary.

Great apartment right in the centre of with lots of space. It was the perfect home base for our trip. Received all the check in information and codes a few hours before check in and the keyless entry worked seamlessly

A very comfortable and wonderful apartment to stay and relaxed.

The location, the friendly owner and the best and clean apartment. Its very safe and very clean with very nice decor inside. We are very comfortable sleeping because of its clean sheets and comfortable bed. Thank you so much for the very wonderful experience. We would love to stay there again and recommended to everyone.

The bed Good size apartment, everything was spotless. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location. Highly recommended!

Personally, I found it difficult to actually open the door. There is a knack to it. A kind lady from another apartment came and opened it for us. Once we got the hang of it, it was really easy though. If you're not used to noise, you might have a problem.

Access was a real issue. We arrived at exactly the time I projected. The web link that was sent did not work. We tried calling but no one picked up. We spotted an apartment entry call panel and started dialling. Someone came and showed us back onto the street and into the jewellers shop.. It took about 20 minutes more and yet there was no recognition and by the manager that they had left us stranded.

Difficult stay without any staff help. I do not recommend although the location was good.

No lift!!! We were placed to the top fourth floor. No help was provided to drag up the luggage. unacceptable. No Airconditioning. The only communication with the staff was a flurry of emails that access code is only provided after full payment. No other service whatsoever. Managing with the access codes was very difficult.

lovely huge apartment - we were really impressed at the size. Everything for a medium-term stay - we had no idea it was so complete.

Hosts? what hosts? It was not easy to communicate with them, and the whole check-in thing was a bit crazy. Very nice people in the pawn shop below the apartment, except this whole thing about only a key code to get in and only after 3pm, no exceptions, you will get an email with the key code, except the promised email didn't show up. So

Quiet, spacious apartment in the middle of Koblenz

Location is simply unbeatable; very central, and yet still relatively quiet. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. We really loved that we could stay out late and still reach the apartment by foot. We also loved the door code; it was easy to remember and we didn't have to worry about losing the key.

This is probably on us--somehow I saw a lower price on booking.com, apparently that was price before taxes etc. Our 65sqm apartment without balcony cost 85€ per night. The street is quiet, but you can hear people going up the stairs and close the door. I learned to appreciate my Flur because of this.

Very good spot in the Altstadt. Clean room Good electrical appliances. Doesn't require key since entrance to the building as well as to the apartment takes place through password protected doors.

4th floor without elevator. If you are young then you will face no problem, but if you have mobility issues, then it's not for you
