Fantastic huge and very well presented newly renovated apartment in the centre of town.

Oh my what an amazing apartment In a beautiful fully relocated building. Huge bedroom/ lounge with loft access and a full kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful tall ceilings , underfloor heating. And right in the middle of town. Easy walk across the park to the conference centre and into town.

Great location, well equipped and close to city center.

Very central location. Not too far from tourist attractions and public transportation. Super host! Clean and comfy bed. The place has everything you need for the stay including washing machine + dryer.

The apartment is located towards the road side so it can be noisy when you keep the windows tilted/open (a must in sunny days). No issues when you close the windows. Addition of free parking would be great.

Overpriced given the lack of facilities and comfort.

Bed not particularly comfortable. On arrival the room had an extremely strong smell of cigarettes which was very unpleasant. We had to open all the windows. It would have been nice for their to be a small carton of milk for hot drinks. Also no kettle to make tea,just a coffee machine. The shower room wasn't particularly a nice space as it was located next to the washing machine in the utility room. I wish sometimes hosts would put themselves in the position of their guests and see if they could spend time there and what they could do to make it more inviting

Very stylish, modern, super clean and spacious apartment with a wonderful, responsive host. Nice extra touch with lots if amenities.. Coffeemashine, kettle, welcome chocolate, etc. Close to Rhein, old town and castle.

Very nice hostess and apartment with a good location, would definitely recommend!

The apartment is great - nicely decorated and super clean! The hostess went over and beyond, leaving chocolate, water and coffee in the apartment as well as a nice card. Really pleasant personal touches!

It would’ve been nice if the heating was on when we arrived, it took a while to heat up, and recycling would’ve been nice. But these are small suggestions to an otherwise perfect stay!

Great appartment, great location, lovely city!

From Koblenz Hbf the appt. is a 10-15 walk (via Emil Schüller Strasse), easy acces via instructions from the owners. The appt. is very modern and spacious with a separate large bathroom and a nice kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and all other applicances mentioned on the site. There is not much that "team Klassen" has not thought about so you wouldn't have to bring much besides clothes and a good mood. The location is great: within several minutes you are either in Alltstadt or on the boulevard for a nice stroll. Easy access by car as well we imagine as the appt. is situated on the F.E Ring. The bed is a large double but with separate bed linnens..it has a good mattress (sturdy but not too hard).

We have nothing to be disappointment about! Just a note : The appt. is located on the F.E Ring which obvioulsy means there is traffic. We live in a large city so we are used to sounds from traffic and emergency services. If you are a light sleeper but like to sleep with windows open bring some earplugs as it would be a shame to not book this appartment because of the sounds you might hear from outside!

This property was beyond my expectations. the room was super clean and very nice decorated. the Host left us a welcome note with a chocolate bar. the location is also in walking distance from Altstadt and the River.

A wonderful stay in Koblenz

The apartment is very spacious, clean and nicely equipped. We arrived very late but the check-in was very easy and so did the check-out. What we love the most is its central location. Everything is in walking distance including to several attractions in Koblenz. The hosts are also very responsive and communicative. Absolutely recommended!

Sfeervol appartement!

Het appartement was ontzettend sfeervol en leuk aangekleed, en het beschikte daarnaast over alles wat wij nodig hadden tijdens ons verblijf. Het is daarnaast op loopafstand van het gezellige Aldstadt, en mooie plekken voor sightseeing. De verhuurder was tevens erg vriendelijk.

We misten alleen wat kastruimte, en vonden de verlichting van het appartement s avonds wat tegenvallen.

Gutec stadtnahe Unterkunft für kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist toll und man hat gemerkt, dass sich bei Einrichtung Gedanken gemacht wurde. Es gab Kaffeekapseln und eine kleine Begrüßungsnachricht als wir ankamen. Auch die Mails zum Check In waren sehr ausführlich.

Das Sofa ist als Bett wirklich unbequem. Es hängt schon durch und müsste dringend mal ersetzt werden. Als wir ankamen lag überall schon wieder etwas Staub. Viele Gegenstände sind schwarz, da lässt sich das wohl nicht vermeiden. Trotzdem fiel es auf. Die Wand ist fleckig gestrichen. Es war sehr warm und wir konnten die Temperatur nicht regulieren. Das lag wohl aber an einem Fehler der Heizungsanlage im Haus. Wir waren nur sehr kurz da, daher weiß ich nicht wie schnell das behoben wurde. Die Kommunikation war aber gut.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Sauber und ordentlich und schön eingerichtet.Alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Ein großes Bad und ein großes Zimmer,Küche die eingerichtet war. mich war die Lage optimal.Der CheckIn war problemlos und die Kommunikation war zuverlässig.Es standen sogar Wasser und Schokolade da,was ich sehr schön fand. Gerne wieder :))

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt über Silvester in einer traumhaften Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Erlebnissen!

Wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete und sanierte Altbauwohnung in bester Lage. Trotz der direkten Lage zur Straße, absolut ruhig durch die gut schallisolierten Fenster. Alles fußläufig bestens zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeiten im Umkreis in großer Anzahl vorhanden (Parkhäuser, Tiefgaragen, Straßenparkplätze). Super netter und freundlicher Kontakt! Bei Fragen kommt selbst auf Nachrichten über booking.com sehr zügig eine Antwort. Telefonkontakt (WhatsApp, anrufen) auch jederzeit möglich. Kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Nudeln, Reis, Tee, Kaffee, kleine Shampoo- und Duschgelfläschchen werden von den Besitzern bereitgestellt. Es gibt ein Wasch-Trockner-Kombi-Gerät, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und eine vollausgestattete Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Außerdem einen moderner Fernseher mit Netflix-Zugang, den man allerdings in dieser Stadt nicht allzu oft benötigt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten! ;)

Wunderschönes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, zentral, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Bett war super bequem. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super freundlicher Kontakt mit Christina und alles hat einwandfrei geklappt 😊 Danke für die schönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Koblenz.

• Schicke Einrichtung • geräumig & modern • trotz an einer Hauptstraße, war es ruhig • alles war Sauber • Super Service (nette Eigentümer) Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt

Das diese aufgrund eines Festivals vor Ort nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar war und man am Löhrcenter parken musste. Aber da muss man sich vorher informieren. 😅😉

Beim nächsten mal auf jeden fall wieder da!!

Es gab eine super gute Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Man wurde sehr liebevoll in dem Apartment empfangen. Hatte mir es komplizeierter Vorgestellt mit der Schlüsselübergabe doch auch das lief reibungslos und war super einfach. Alles in allem einfach nur top.

Top appartement, prachtige fietspaden in en buiten de stad.

Ontsluiting toegangsdeur van gebouw ging soms goed, soms niet. Na melding hiervan bij host kregen we binnen een paar minuten de beschikking over een setje sleutels😊

Niets! Zelfs voor onze elektrische fietsen was een plekje in de grote centrale hal van het gebouw.
