Super Lage, schönes Appartement. Top Ausstattung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Fußläufig ist man super schnell in der Innenstadt und am Rhein bzw. Am deutschen Eck. Das Haus sieht sehr gepflegt aus.Trotz starker Hitze ist es im Appartement angenehm geblieben.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a kitchen with a refrigerator too.

We stayed here in the middle of July during a heatwave without any air conditioning and only a fan in the room which was super hot. The apartment is directly on the B9 highway which is a very busy street, super loud, which also faces the full afternoon sun, making it even hotter in the room..The shower was a bit ridiculous too with a small shower head in the corner which wasn't good. Also nowhere to store your luggage if you arrive early.

We stayed in flat K3. Studio room was very spacious and very comfortable. Washing / drying machine was located on the same floor as the flat beside the lift so it was easy enough to do laundry (and laundry liquid was provided). Check-in is entirely online, with emailed instructions but was all pretty simple. Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher (and tablets provided). Spacious wet room / toilet. Smart TV with netflix and Amazon prime etc. plenty space to hang clothes. Bed was huge and very comfy mattress. Plenty towels and basic toiletries provided.

The flat didn't have working air conditioning and it has been unseasonably hot during our stay so it was a bit uncomfortable, gratefully a room fan was provided and fortunately the flat was north facing. The sofa bed was very comfortable but very low to the ground so it wasn't the easiest to stand up from. Kitchenette is small, which was fine for our 3-night stay, but only allows for simple meals to be prepared.

Zustand Bad / Toilette . Couch durchgesessen. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Kaffee vorhanden. Verbindung Internet stark schwankend. Dadurch schlechter Fernsehempfang.
