Cosy stay

The location and parking were superb. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant and Cosy stay. The owner was quite responsive and kind. He helped us with all questions almost as fast as he could.

Some tea bags could've helped, the kitchenette is missing a cutting board which would have helped. Nothing major but small things. There wasn't hot water coming from shower but ours is one night stay and the other owner apologized and told that a repairman is on his way, so should be resolved.

The place smells strongly of cigarette smoke even though there is a no smoking sign- but that’s more down to the people who stayed before- it was otherwise extremely clean

The apartment worked for us for a short stay

It was an apartment so we had a way to fix breakfast in general. There is a grocery store nearby which allowed us to pick up food to fix. We got one apartment and our nephew got another apartment one flight up. It was convenient. Also, there was a liquor store close by so we could pick up wine/beer easily.

There was only a stove top so a microwave would have been nice. Also, for things that are necessary to cook with but not easily bought for one time use (i.e., oil, basic spices, etc., it would have been nice to have in the room but this wasn't something we'd ding anyone for.) This was a first floor apartment and the blinds could have been much better to prevent looking in/keeping out light. The location wasn't fully convenient to do things but it was quiet and there is a train station within walking distance. Problem is, the train generally is one per hour. There is also a bus stop nearby but if you don't know the schedule, it is a bit hard to navigate.

Perfect! Will recommend to friends!

Communication was smooth, the host was very helpful. The apartment is located at perfect location, 350m away from Koblenz-Güls station, from there we could take a 9 minutes direct train to Koblenz Hbf. There are several good restaurants just a few steps away, where we enjoyed good valued meal and wine. Parking is super convenient, at the doorstep from the apartment there are plenty of spots.

A lovely, bright, clean apartment. A little way from Koblenz but easy to reach by train or bus. Very convenient for trips down the Mosel valley. Nice restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful.

Diese Unterkunft müsste gestrichen werden, oder wahrheitsgemäß beschrieben. Es gab keinen Tisch mit Stühlen, keine kleine Küche. Noch nicht einmal ein Glas oder Tasse zum trinken. Die Kaffeemaschine hat auch gefällt. Ich habe die Unterkunft, den nächsten Tag verlassen. Spät abends habe ich noch ein Zimmer gefunden , obwohl alle Zimmer und Wohnungen belegt waren. Auch diese netten Menschen vermieten über sie, Häuser, Wohnung und Zimmer. Schade das ich sie nicht bewerten konnte. Mehr als 10 PUNKTE 👍👍

Super Appartement in guter Lage

Uns hat alles gut gefallen: Die Anreise war sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Bus von Koblenz Hbf sehr einfach, die Schlüsselentnahme aus der Schlüsselbox auch. Die Anweisungen hierzu wurden rechtzeitig und verständlich kommuniziert. Meine Frage per Anruf wurde freundlich und nett beantwortet. Das Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet, bequem und gemütlich, es hat alles funktioniert. Die Betten sind bequem und unser Aufenthalt war dadurch angenehm. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen wieder!

Alles war in bester Ordnung, nur die "Terrasse" war eher nur ein Seitenausgang, wo man direkt zur Straße rauskommt, was wir mit unserem Gepäck aber praktisch fanden.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Nichts

App. 2 lag an vielbefahrener Straße im EG. Ausstattung waren die allerbilligsten Ikea-Möbel, der Kühlschrank war vereist und roch schimmelig, Heizkörper waren kalt und ließen sich nicht regulieren, alles wirkte sehr unsauber, die Einzelbetten hoch und wackelig. Wir haben uns kurz darauf woanders im Ort eingemietet. Wir wollen diese Unterkunft keinesfalls empfehlen. 0 Sterne !

Tolles Appartement

Das Gebäude und die Schlüsselbox waren leicht zu finden und man kann die Unterkunft auch mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichen. Unser Appartement im obersten Stock war gut eingerichtet, gemütlich und komfortabel und wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch gut. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Es wäre gut, am Badezimmerfenster eine lichtdurchlässige Folie anzubringen, die die Einsicht ins Bad verhindert, denn so fühlt man sich ein wenig beobachtet oder muss das Rollos runterlassen und evtl. Licht einschalten.

Ein geräumiges Apartment in einer sehr guten Lage. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, die Mosel und die Möglichkeit kleine Wanderungen zu starten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Appartamento arredato con gusto, piccolo, ma con tutto il necessario. Vista Mosella, con piccolo balcone che permette momenti di relax. Ristoranti a pochi passi di distanza. Coblenza dista ca. 20 minuti in auto. Tutto perfetto, consigliato

Sehr schlechtes WLAN, Abfluss lief nicht richtig ab und es dauerte lange, bis warmes Wasser kam. Die Terrasse hat sich als größerer Eingangsbereich ins Haus herausgestellt, auf den einige Sitzmöbel gestellt wurden - allerdings sitzt man direkt neben der Straße. Durch die Bilder auf booking.com konnte man nicht erkennen, welche Wohnung man haben wird. Ausstattung am Utensilien in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein.

Dejligt ophold et skønt sted ved floden

Vi skulle tjekke ud kl 11 fra et andet hotel og fik lov at overtage lejligheden allerede kl 11. Virkelig flot service. Skønt med egen terrasse og med udsigt til Mosel. Dejligt ophold. Vi cyklede meget og satte pris på at cyklen kunne låses ind om natten

Man kan høre toget, men det er vi vant til hjemmefra…så ikke så stort problem for os…

Looked pretty clean and modern. Had everything that we needed. Etwas außerhalb von Koblenz selbst, aber gut mit dem Bus 3/13 erreichbar.

No AC or similar. Was pretty hot especially at outside temperatures like right now.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage

Erstmal hat uns die angekündigte Terrasse nicht gefallen .Sie liegt direkt an der Strasse und von allen einsehbar. Zumal ist es ein Zugang zu einer Kampfschule.Desweiteren war das Gefrierfach komplett vom lose im schrank stehenden Kühlschrank zugefroren in dem auch eine angefangene Tüte mit Garnelen lag. Dazu war auch noch die Flaschenhalterung im Kühlschrank gebrochen ,was versucht wurde mit Tesa zu kleben. Nachdem ich das Fach aufgetaut hatte ,stank die Wohnung erstmal nach Fisch. Den Klodeckel musste ich auch erstmal Festziehen. Habe nach unserem Aufenthalt erstmal versucht die Gastgeberin zu erreichen ,leider ohne Erfolg.

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und hell. Die Betten sind bequem und weich. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 550m entfernt. Es ist von der Größe eher klein, aber für einen Kurzurlaub reicht es aus.

Es gibt leider keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt nicht genug Platz um das saubere Geschirr zum trocknen aufzustellen.

die Betten waren sehr bequem.

es war überall Staub, in der Ecken Spinnenweben, insbesondere die Fensterbänke, die musste ich erst abwischen, um überhaupt im Bad etwas drauf zu legen (da sonst keine Ablagemöglichkeit). Eine Steckdose war fast herausgerissen bzw hing halb draussen. Eine Abdunkelung im Zimmer war nicht möglich, somit waren wir bereits gegen 5.00 morgens wach, Jalousien wären nicht verkehrt, genauso wie ein Küchentuch/Geschirrtuch und eine Teekanne.

la terrasse nous a permis de dîner dehors tous les soirs. La place de parking numérotée facilite le stationnement. l appartement numéro 3 est bien aménagé et très propre. très bon rapport qualité prix. très bon emplacement pour visiter la vallée de la Moselle et coblence. à recommander.

Gute Lage an der Mosel, gute Ausstattung, Parkplatz vorhanden

Padmaschine für Kaffee vorhanden, hätte mir aber gerne ein paar Pads gewünscht zur Anreise. Auch einen Duschgelspender wäre schön gewesen oder einen Hinweis, dass es das nicht gibt Aber das war jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Lage und die kleine Wohnung sind zauberhaft
