Schönes Apartment in der nähe vom Hauptbahnhof

Great location with vibrant atmosphere

Third floor by foot, no air conditioning, maintenance could be better

Very spacious apartment, everything clean, we were able to find a free parking space on the street for the night, for us it was a very short stay, but we really liked it.

Because we only stayed one night, it didn't bother us, but the apartment is on 4 floor, the stairs are quite noisy, I hope it didn't upset the neighbours. Also, we couldn't figure out how the blinders were working, and there were no curtains. Maybe a welcome introduction page would be very helpful to navigate through the house. Also, the shower was a bit tricky with too cold / too hot, but as I said, it was good for only one night's stay. Besides that, it's very cozy, and we would come back.

Man bekommt ein sehr großes Altbau-Apartment nah am Bahnhof zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - so zumindest in meinem Fall. Die zwei Balkone fand ich top. Direkt gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant. 160m entfernt ist ein Bäcker, der auch belegte Brötchen hat.

Um ins Bad zu kommen, muss man durch ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer gehen. Die Falttür ist kaputt, lässt sich nicht vollständig schließen und bietet durch den Spalt von außen einen direkten Blick auf die Toilette. Der Durchlauferhitzer ist nicht richtig eingestellt. Ich habe dadurch die meiste Zeit kalt geduscht in der Badewanne. Der Internetrouter hat eine zu geringe Bandbreite für berufliche Teams- oder Zoom-Sessions. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich mir Schränke wünschen, um Kleidung aufzuhängen. So habe ich alles im Koffer gelassen.

The bathroom is in the large bedroom. There is no seperate toilet so acces to the toilet is through the master bedroom. The bedding blankets are syntethic which is a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the host for a parking spot which was stated in the ad but we did not receive a reply resulting in ending in the hospital parking which cost 27 max for a day. Parking on street is free from 21pm to 9am, but difficukt finding a spot. The coffeemachine is not functioning properly. The light in the hallway outside is partially not working The shutters of the windows need to be fixed
