Excellent option in the heart of Koblenz.

We really enjoyed this great location near the old part of Koblenz and walkable to numerous restaurants, shopping, and the riverfront area. We were there for the Christmas Markets and to explore the area, and this was a great base for that. The apartment is very clean and roomy with a well-equipped kitchen for the size. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We had to ask for a toaster, but that was provided very quickly. There was a mix-up with the cleaning crew, but that was addressed and resolved very quickly. Any issues that occurred were actually handled very well.

My husband and I didn’t like it.

It’s an apartment in a house with a terrace. Overall, it has everything necessary.

We booked the room for two nights, but for the second night we decided to find another hotel. And on the same day we found one — excellent, even cheaper, right in the center of Strasbourg, just a few steps from the train station. The place where we stayed before was quite far from the center. Why did we decide to lose the money already paid and move to another hotel? The apartment had an unbearable smell — from the bed linen and in the bathroom from the towels. It must be the detergent they use. I started having an allergic reaction. The smell was very unpleasant. We had to open the window wide, but outside there were very loud noises — a busy highway runs right past the canal. We didn’t sleep all night.

Super comfortable and spacious home away from home!

The apartment was so comfortable, inviting and spacious, sparkling clean, and it felt like home - wish we could've stayed longer! The property looks better in person than in the photos. The bedroom had lots of space for our belongings, and the living room was so cosy with a view out west of the old town and sunsets. We also liked the great location, close to the old town for exploring as well as the train station and supermarkets. It was a bit warm but there was a fan which did the job. There were thoughtful touches in the apartment and although we didn't use the kitchen to cook, it had the necessary kitchenware. Check in was also easy and convenient with the lockbox.

Wonderful for families

This is second time we‘re staying here and I can’t stop recommending this apartment to anyone who’s visiting Koblenz! Here you can find everything you can think of, from important things in the kitchen to essential toiletries in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and windows provide good isolation from sounds of the street. People that run this place are thoughtful and attentive, big big thank you for the hospitality. Next year we will also stay here for sure.

Perfect location to explore Koblenz

What a find! Spacious and welcoming, clean and well kept. We were delighted the moment we arrived. The location, right in the Altstadt, between the two rivers is perfect. We had never been to Koblenz before and found it to be charming, friendly and fascinating.

Perfect

I felt like if I living in Koblenz. Everything was perfect for me. I could hear a beautiful melody of the bell from church which made me happy. Daniela is a nice person and she told me her recommendation cafes in Koblenz. If I have a chance to coming back to Koblenz again, I definitely would love to stay there again!!

Overall we loved our stay here and it definitely use it on our return to Koblenz.

The location is super central. It has everything you require for a short term or longer term stay in terms of size and cooking facilities .

The shower base was a little slippy and it can get quite hot in the apartment. Leaving the windows open is an option but it is sometimes noisy.

Minor niggles aside, excellent accommodation in the centre of Koblenz.

We appreciate the 'upgrade' with no extra cost, as there was availability. Superb location for the Altstadt and the city centre, with the Mosel & Rhine rivers a short stroll away. Apartment 5 is well laid out. WiFi is easy to access, and there are TVs with a multitude of channels handy. The kitchen area has everything we needed for our stay, including a mini-dishwasher...nice. Couldn't figure out how to get a decent strong coffee from the Philips Senseo coffee maker, but that's probably down to my unfamiliarity with it - I do reckon a 2-pod holder is needed, though. The bedroom is extremely comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The WC/shower room is excellent, with a good shower.

The sofa bed was made out as a bed upon our arrival, which was nice. Our usually very resilient kid complained about how uncomfortable it was as a bed, though. As a sofa it worked ok but not a great seating spot, though: Without the sofa cushions, but that meant close proximity to a freestanding shelf behind it. With the sofa cushions the seating area was small.

Two nights in Koblenz

Really Great central location, the facilities were great and parking was good near by. We stayed as a couple with a teenager and the sofa bed was not overly comfortable. For the cost it wasn’t a bargain but more what you would expect for what you are paying but you do need to factor in Koblenz is proper tourist location. We did an 11 day, 7 location road trip and this was third for comfort but probably 4th or 5th for value for money.

This wasn’t the property’s fault but because of the location. there was a lot of noise during the night. On those nights you might need the windows open to help with the heat this would be an issue.

Schöne Tage und tolle Unterkunft in Koblenz

Die Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt war perfekt. Die Unterkunft gut erreichbar auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alles in allem 100% zufrieden , jeder Zeit wieder. Ich werde die Adresse weiter empfehlen

Für unsere Zwecke war es okay.

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut, man kommt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und ans deutsche Eck. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Für unsere Zwecke- wir waren "nur" zum Schlafen im Apartment- war die Größe vollkommen ausreichend, für einen längeren Urlaub wäre es für uns (2Erw., 2 Kinder) definitiv zu klein gewesen.

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz zu dem Apartment, was schade ist, aber vorher bekannt war- meine Frage nach einem Tipp, wo man gut parken kann, blieb unbeantwortet, was ich enttäuschend finde. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, auf der unsere Kinder geschlafen haben, war knüppelhart, die beiden haben beide Nächte schlecht geschlafen. Fazit: war okay, aber ich bin mit dem Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht zufrieden.

Super Altstadt Lage

Lage war super mitten in der Altstadt. Es war alles vorhanden, was es benötigt. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grösse der Unterkunft war für uns - Pärchen mit Kleinkind ideal.

Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft schon viele Gäste hatte und etwas verlebt ist. Balkon ist in den Hinterhof und etwas lieblos gestaltet. Leider kein Unterkunftseigener Parkplatz. Das grosse Parkhaus nebean ist für Dauerparken nicht ganz günstig.

Koblenz, Nähe Rathaus

Die Räumlichkeiten waren ausreichend groß und ausgestattet. Die Nähe zur Altstadt mit den Fußgängerzonen ist optimal und entsprach unserer Idee. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet für den Aufenthalt.

Da die Räume keine eigene Klimatisierung haben, konnte das Fenster nicht geschlossen gehalten werden. Der Lärm von draußen ging quasi die ganze Nacht durch und wurde morgens durch den erwachenden Tageslärm ergänzt. Eine fehlende zugehörige Parkmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls ein Manko und summierte sich in den Parkhäusern. Die Matratzen sind viel zu weich. Der Fernseher ist an einer Sat-Anlagw angeschlossen, aber die Programme sind wirr und haben falsche Bezeichnungen.
