Ferienwohnung Koblenz Altstadt

Great location, near the river and cafes/bakery/restaurants down the street. Excellent outdoor patio with plants and grapevines. Very quiet and private area. Host showed us around the apartment and made us feel welcome. Hosts were available if needed.

Keys were hard to manage in the doors. Took a couple of try’s to open.

Very comfortable and compact. The location is in the old city and near to the riverside.

This apartment is in a great location and the space is very large. It works great for a family. The rooms are spacious and the living room large. We needed parking and the garage is very convenient and the parking space is large.

The beds were made with very minimal bedding. The top sheet was super thin. Would have been nice if they made the bed with proper bedding. I was excited to see the washing machine in the bathroom, as we were on a long vacation . However, upon closer review the washing machine is not a duel wash and dry. And there were no options for drying your clothes. Not sure why they would put just a washing machine without the dryer feature in a vacation rental. Also, they had a nice, large TV. But no Netflix connection. So there are only 2 English speaking channels — both just news. We tried to log into Netflix, but the TV didn’t have that option. In today’s world, Netflix access should be automatic in my opinion.

A fabulous apartment close to the river & old town. Underground garage was excellent for security, no worries about parking our motorcycle. Lovely views of the old church from the balcony, which was nicely surrounded by greenery. A nice touch was the delicious complimentary white wine, the host's own label. Fully equipped kitchen. A very spacious living area in an ultra modern style. Comfy bed.

Instructions for entry to the property were sent on the day of arrival when we were already travelling & unable to access emails. (As travelling by motorcycle, so no failure on behalf of the host who responded swiftly to a telephone call when we arrived.)
