Great place to stay and Koblenz well worth a visit and good location for exploring Rheine area
The walk into the town involved a steep hill down but only took 15-20 minutes walk. Car parking was free which was good near/opposite property. Rail station in Koblenz is not too far away and walkable down the hill.

Great apartment and superb host
The apartment was very clean and all the facilities were up to the mark. The host was very responsive and more than supportive for all our requests. Checkin and checkout was hassle free. We were accompanied by our pets (cats) and we think they too found it very relaxing. The view from the apartment is nice, as its on a hill. There is a nice terrace area and a balcony, cats loved it. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. You can reach main train station within a short walk downhill. Its also well connected by buses (nr 2/12) if you need to use public transport.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einem relativ kleinen Bad aber mit zwei Schlafzimmern.
Auch nach zweimaliger Nachfrage habe ich das Passwort für das WLAN nicht bekommen. Ich konnte das WLAN also drei Tage nicht nutzen.

Lage, Größe, Zimmeraufteilung
Möbel teilweise nicht gängig und instabil. Sofa im Wohnzimmer defekt. Betten unbequem und laut beim bewegen. Matratzen durchgelegen. Toilettendeckel defekt. Fernseher konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden trotz Batteriewechsel, Stecker musste jedes Mal gezogen werden.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön. Raumaufteilung top! Komfortable eingerichtet - sogar mit 2 Balkonen. Öffentlich kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus.
Es war alles in Ordnung. Man sollte relativ gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man das Zentrum der Stadt erreichen möchte. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind aber gut zu erreichen und fahren regelmäßig.
