confortable and almost new apartment at really 10 min walking from the city center
parking in the area is a bit difficult but feasible. PRivate parking it's not reallu ysable to avoid getting locked.

Private but not always quiet and WiFi erratic
The kitchen was nicely equipped but an oven would have been nice.
There is a good amount of space in the apartment and it is private and quiet outside.
The garden area is spacious and a nice place to sit in the afternoon when the sun is out.
The bathroom was very good - plenty of space and modern.
Firstly, our ground floor apartment is next to the front door. The front door sticks and must be pulled hard i.e. slammed to shut it once you step outside. This is loud and not good given the bedroom is behind the wall next to it.
Secondly, yes, it is an old building, but the noise and vibration caused by occupants on the first floor is hard to bear when you’re trying to sleep at 12pm or when asleep at 2am. There are no house rules posted about keeping the noise down. When I mentioned the noise to our host, she stated (rather unhelpfully) I could go and speak with the guest and ask them to ‘walk a little quieter’. I’m not sure if this suggestion was sincere or sarcastic. In any case I would not be getting out of bed to go upstairs to tell a guest they should be quieter at midnight or 2am.
Finally, the WiFi. At best it is unreliable and at worst it is completely unusable. The signal strength is weak. In fairness, we did not raise with our host. We’d already felt brushed aside regarding our concern about the noise so it felt pointless to ask if this could be improved. We have some suggestions for our host; i) move the router / modem closer to the ground floor, ii) change the WiFi channel to something different (it currently overlaps, and therefore conflicts, with a stronger WiFi signal) and then, iii) install a WiFi extender.
We also weren’t thrilled about the bathroom not being able to be closed. And the microwave on top of the refrigerator is just plain dangerous. It slides backwards when you push the button to open the door, the door hits the refrigerator door when it opens and it is above head height – very dangerous when handling hot food.
I recommend the host to come and stay overnight here when you have heavy-footed guests upstairs and try using the internet for 24 hours. You might appreciate the pro

Very good
It was a great, spacious , fully equipped apartment with a great and cozy , brand new bathroom and kitchen. Everything looked and felt clean and fresh, and just overall a comfy place to stay. Also nice terrace to sit outside.
The area was not very appealing, and upon arrival when we wanted to park our car the neighbour shouted at us that it is for the people living there and not for visitors. So we had to find a parking slot elsewhere which was not very convenient with our bags to carry,

Excellent place to stay, ideally located. We would definitely stay there again.
Internet was a little hit and miss - could have been better.
There was no oven or micro wave, just an oven top for boiling. A micro wave would have been nice.
Parking was a problem the first night (we found a note on the car windscreen the next morning) but a phone call to the owner and the problem was solved.

Parking nearby is not very easy - there are not many spaces and a lot of local people compete for these spaces. In the end we put our car in a pay car park.

Schöne Wohnung,ideal für Paare, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage und der kurze Weg zur Altstadt ist super.
Es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Der Kontakt mit der Familie Prinz war sehr gut und sie sind sehr darauf bedacht das ihre Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.
Die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht wie gedacht. Für drei Wohnungen sind zwei Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus in einer schmalen Sackgasse. Man muss sich absprechen wenn man z.b früher raus möchte. In der Umgebung einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden war möglich allerdings etwas umständlich durch die schmalen Straßen.
Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Nettes Apartment in Stadtnähe
Das Apartment war sehr süß eingerichtet und für eine Nacht völlig ok. Die Nähe zur Stadt. Das Gepäck konnte schon früher ins Apartment gestellt werden.
Der Anfahrtsweg, es war schwierig zu finden, da der Navi die Einbahnstraße nicht gefunden hat. Die Umgebung etwas unschön und nicht sehr einladend. Das Bettzeug musste selbst abgezogen werden. Kein Duschgel !

Die Wohnung war ein guter Rahmen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Lage war im ersten Moment etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die kleinen Bedenken erwiesen sich als gegenstandslos. Die Wohnung wurde meinen Bedürfnissen komplett gerecht, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, um allen Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Auch der kleine Garten trug zum Wohlbefinden bei. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Übernachtung fürs Konzertwochende für 1 Nacht
Die Innenausstattung war sehr schick eingerichtet, es gab alle Utensilien, die man theoretisch benötigte. Die Lage war auch passabel, man musste nicht lange zur Altstadt laufen.
Die Gegend sah nicht gerade einladend aus. Man dachte erst, ma wäre im tiefsten Ghetto. Mit einem großen Auto sollte man auch nicht ankommen, da die privaten Parkplätze ( 2 insgesamt, wenn man gut parkt) in einer schmalen Gasse sind. Das Bett war für meine Verhältnisse sehr unbequem.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und die Nähe zur Altstadt war uns entsprechend wichtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und vor allem sehr schnell.

Nächstes Mal in der Gegend lieber ne andere Unterkunft.
Lage ist gut, man muss sich nur mit den Öffis vertraut machen.
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut geschnitten und ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist frisch renoviert.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist eher Glückssache.
Direkt beim Eintreten ins Haus sind uns die defekten Türen und Schlösser, sowie der enorm modrige Geruch aufgefallen.
Die Besitzer sind in ihren Nachrichten sehr nett, vermitteln allerdings in der Wohnung das Gefühl, als sollte man lieber nur das nötigste machen/anfassen/verursachen. Länger als zwei Tage wäre ich demnach nicht gern hier im Urlaub.
Uns hat sehr gestört, dass es im Schlafzimmer keine Tür gab, direkt daneben aber ein abstraktes Bild mit einer Person hängt. Albtraum vorprogrammiert.
Die Rollos haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert und das Händchen für Deko ist wohl beim neu sanierten Bad aufgebraucht gewesen. Außerdem ließ sich auch hier die Tür nicht schließen.

Precioso apartamento en Koblenza
Maravilloso apartamento muy cerca del centro. Habitacion amplia con una cama muy cómoda, lavadora y una maravillosa terraza para desayunar o cenar. Se llega andando al centro en 15 min y no hay problema de aparcamiento cerca del apartamento. Todo muy limpio y con entrada independiente así que no hay problema de llegada.
Llegamos de noche y la entrada está metida en un callejón bastante oscuro.
