Information was not available and had to ask questions via email - although answer was immediately provided. The appartment is excellent, comfortable , Conway however very poorly equipped, there wasn’t any coffe or tea even so bring some with you Last, heating was turned off it was freezing for hours until it warmed up after turning heating on - which was easy but takes time to heat up when it is -3 c outside

Easy location to grocery stores. Good cooking facilities. Plenty of buses into town

Far out of town - you needed to take bus. Front desk was around corner at other hotel - so was breakfast. Lockbox not working - go around corner. Confusing - but i am used to quirks in my travels 🧳 Also there IS s train stop nearby - just a dirt type stop - hard to find - but once you do - you don't meed to take long buses everywhere - that is IF DB trains ever come🤪

Because it was very cosy, we decided to stay another night to rest before a future long driving trip

It was very cozy and it had everything we needed, including a kitchenette is a scaled-down area for doing basic cooking and food preparation. This way we cook prepare breakfast and enjoy coffee in bed. It was very clean.

It also had a fan, because our apartment was located under the roof, at the 2nd floor, but it was not enought for me, who I am used with AC. We had a bit of trouble with the card payment, but the morning receptionist solved it. The evening receptionist was not English speaker and she only said that it is a problem of my card, and not of their terminal.

Great apartment Great value for money!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. It’s located 1 minute walk from the river . Very easy self check in and check out to the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the hotel next door ( the same owner) is very good. Free parking.

Spacious Apartment

Very stylishly decorated. The bed was really comfy. The small kitchen, which has everything you need, is perfect for a longer stay. There are vending machines in the lobby where you can stock up on snacks amongst other things.

Not something I did not like, just to keep in mind: The property can be reached well with public transport as it is not in the city center BUT very difficult on a Sunday as there is a bus only each hour.

It was a very nice renovated apartment . Very cozy and close to the river . Nice big bathroom.

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. The water heater for tea wasn’t good. After boiling, the water got a strange taste. Worth checking and replacing. (Apartment 11) Location is great IF you have a car . Else it’s a bit far to get to the city centre.

Einfach super schönes Apartment, top🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, kommen wieder und kann man beruhigt weiterempfehlen🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment , sehr sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Es ist alles gut organisiert und unkompliziert. Eine schöne Ausstattung und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben trotz offenem Fenster kaum etwas gehört. Die kleine Kaffeemaschine ist morgens ein kleines Highlight . Leider war der Wasserkocher defekt aber wir konnten uns in der kleinen Küche mit dem Herd und Kochtopf behelfen und so habe ich meinen Tee und die Wärmflasche auch bekommen 😃🙏. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert . Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden und alles in einem top Zustand . Von uns bekommen sie fünf Sterne 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Wir kommen wieder.

Das einzige war der defekte Wasserkocher aber es gab sonst gar nichts zum aussetzen und alles war im top Zustand 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Hotel Kreuzer war sehr gut und es war alles vorhanden an Speisen und Getränken. Die Lage direkt an der Mosel und zum Hauptbahnhof Koblenz mit Auto nur 20 Minuten.

Excellent!

Excelente estancia en un localización interesante, cerca del río Moselle, con vistas desde la ventana al monte y su vegetación. Cuando llegas, aparcas gratuitamente al lado y te acercas al hotel al final de la misma calle en el núm. 31, ahí te dan el código de 3 dígitos que necesitas para obtener la llave en el key locker del edificio. En recepción, muy amables, hablan inglés sin problemas y lo mejor de todo, tienes cocina en el apartamento y un supermercado REWE a 8 minutos caminando entre calles y casas, que parecen de otro siglo, estilo alemán tradicional. Lo mejor fue el silencio absoluto por la noche, ducha y apartamento calefactados y cama cómoda. Tienes TV con canales nacionales de Alemania y algún canal en inglés. Recomendable al 100% si deseas tranquilidad y parking gratuito, alejado del centro urbano de Koblenz. Danke schön und schönen tag.

A lo mejor, si ofrecen gratis o a precio reducido 1-2 cápsulas de café para la cafetera Bosch Tassimo que puedes encontrar en el apartamento.

Wir haben kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft eingenommen.

Das Waschbecken im Bad ist seeehr klein. Die normale Nutzung wird fast unmöglich durch ein (nett gemeintes) störendes Ablagefach direkt über dem "Hand-Waschbecken". Man kann sich kaum das Gesicht richtig waschen. Das Ablagefach sollte unbedingt geändert werden.
