A large and comfortable apartment

The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is located slightly outside the city center, but there is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, which makes getting around very easy. There is also a huge supermarket nearby. The owner is very polite, kind, and attentive.

The only thing that surprised us in an apartment of such a high standard and cleanliness was that the dishes stored in the cupboards were not clean. Other than this small detail, there were no issues worth mentioning. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. If you don’t need to stay right in the city center, this place is ideal.

Great place for visiting Koblenz

The apartment looks gorgeous. It's modern, big and the location is great. The bus stop is like a 20 second walk, so very convenient! Parking is free, very easy and spacious for any car or even a bus size no problem. The host is very quick in answering and everything is easy to understand.

The last day there was a sewerage smell unfortunately. Not sure where it came from.

Nice place to consider

Apartment was very clean and convenient. We had two bed rooms and each bed room furnished with a double bed. Beds were good size and comfortable. Apartment had all facilities which you need for your short stay. There was free parking at the back of building and bus stop near by. Supermarket was few minutes walk. Thanks to owner.

Amazing appartement 👌

At arrival we both where very surprised by the beauty of this very modern appartment. So much space inside, very clean and hygienic. Everything was exactly according the photos and description. The appartment can be reached very easily by car and we had the luck that we could park for free directly across the appartment. If not there was also enough reservated parking space at the back but was not necessary to use it. The bed in the biggest sleeping room was perfect, I always have back problems but slept excellent. Other sleeping room also looked very nice with a good size 2 person bed and a walk-in closet. Bathroom was very clean with a good size shower and toilet. Kitchen in the living room is very modern and contained everything we needed. Immediately around the corner of the appartment there is a big Aldi supermarket which opens already at 7am, so we bought our still warm breakfast everyday at the Aldi. Also further at the back there is a DM shop which is very convenient. In front of the appartment on 1 minute walk you can take the bus straight to the Altstad of Koblenz which is a 10min drive and cost € 5.50 per person or a €9 for a group card for 5 person's which is valid for the whole day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this appartment and fully recommend it to people who want to visit Koblenz. Also we received a link to a website from Olga which contains all the information we needed this was excellent. Thank you Olga, our stay was really a 10+👌

Very nice and clean apartment with lots of daylight, just minutes away from the old centre of town.

Very easy to get in. Had to call the owner because I hadn't read the instructions properly. She was very friendly and I got in very quickly. Super!

Fantastisch verblijf op super locatie!

De bus stopt voor de deur, je bent met een paar minuten in het centrum, het appartement had alles wat je nodig hebt en hele lekkere bedden!

Uitstekend, comfortabel en luxe

Het appartement is heel ruim, schoon en modern ingericht. Je kon zien hoeveel tijd, denkwerk en het fysieke werk in de inrichting is gestopt. Olga de host heeft ervoor gezorgd dat alle basis benodigdheden die elk gezin, elke persoon nodig heeft in het appartement voorzien zijn. Zelfs de keuken is compleet om daar alle maaltijden te kunnen benuttigen. Daarnaast stuurt ze zelf nog berichten om na te gaan of het inchecken gelukt was, restaurants / bezienswaardigheden aanbevelen, uitchecken procedure uitleggen. De supermarkt en de drogisterij DM is op 2min loopafstand. Langs de autoweg kan er ook gratis geparkeerd worden als je niet de auto op de binnenplaats wil parkeren.

Het enige minpuntje kan zijn is als mensen 's nachts buiten in de hal staan en praten dat dat te horen is in slaapkamer die dichtst bij de gang staat. Dat was ons 1 nachtje overkomen waardoor even minder goed geslapen kon worden. Maar dit heeft niet het verblijf onplezierig gemaakt.

Top vakantie in een top verblijf aanrader.

Ruime parkeerplaatsen en gratis wat vooral opviel hoe mooi dit appartement was verbouwd mooie keuken heerlijke bedden en een hele mooie badkamer Zit een vaatwasser in een magnetron en een oven keuken is ook voorzien van een broodrooster en waterkoker. Wat ook positief opviel : De hygiëne wat was het schoon zowel de woonkamer badkamer en slaapkamer. De bedden beide slaapkamers waren uitstekend net als de slaapkamers zelf. Ideaal was de Aldi op 100meter daar konden we verse broodjes halen voor het ontbijt. Centrum was op ongeveer 1500meter wij hebben dit steeds lopend gedaan was goed te doen gebruik wel je google maps de eerste keer je moet diverse tunnels door. Tip: Als je van heerlijke schnitzels houd ga dan naar https://www.wachtamrhein-restaurant.de/.

Het zit langs een drukke weg dus kan lawaaiig zijn maar met de ramen dicht is het goed te doen vond het wel een vermelding waard voor mensen die van absolute rust houden

Urlaub war super gut.Kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden um sich auch mal selber zu versorgen. Schön war auch das Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke waren. Betten waren bequem Bushaltestelle vor der Tür war super.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln .

in der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts .... von dem naheliegenden Einkaufszentrum war nichts zu hören.... Wir fanden alle die Betten bequem .... mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten in der City....
