El apartamento es impresionante, amplio, cómodo, moderno. Se llega a Deutsches Eck en 30 min andando y hay un supermercado a menos de 10 minutos. La cocina es amplia y muy bien equipada aunque se echa de menos algunos básicos como papel de aluminio o film transparente. Tiene lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas y todo el menaje necesario para cocinar. Tanto el baño como las habitaciones son muy amplios y está todo muy limpio. Éramos 5 personas y dejaron toallas para todos. La presión de la ducha es excelente. Tiene parking gratuito justo enfrente del apartamento, al que se accede por una entrada independiente con un código. Importante observar que para acceder al apartamento hay que subir un tramo de escaleras, con lo cual no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Lo único negativo del apartamento es que no tiene aire acondicionado. Nosotros hemos estado allí en agosto, en plena ola de calor y es un verdadero horno, especialmente para dormir. Hay un solo ventilador portátil para toda la casa y es imposible tenerlo puesto por la noche por el ruido que hace.

Check in hat super geklappt. Ein Parkplatz stand an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt, Mosel- und Rheinufer sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin nur 1,60 cm gross und die Wohnung Ist eher für grosse Menschen gemacht. Im Badezimmer mußte ich mich auf die Zehenspitzen stellen stellen, um in den Spiegel zu schauen. Und an die oberen Küchenregale konnte ich nicht gelangen.

Cold bathroom with an unusual shower door, lack of heating control, unusual layout with a kitchen between bedrooms, far from a living room. Not a lot of places to eat or have a coffee nearby. No info explaining how to turn TV on. Loads of sockets but majority blocked

Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely bed and sofa. Very quiet location. We really enjoyed the big TV!

The property is about 20 minutes walk from Koblenz. The first day we walked the quickest way which was through lots of subways and got a bit lost coming back. But the next way we walked by the river instead, which was longer but nicer. There is also a bus stop very near.
