Excellent location and very clean and spacious apartment.

Great location and property was very clean. It was a large space for a family of 5 and a good size bathroom. Our kids loved looking out the windows to the square.

It was very warm outside so slept with windows open and there was quite a bit of noise outside until around 11pm.

Great location right in the heart of the old city and near shops and restaurants. The apartment is set in a charming old building. FYI its up 2 flights of stairs up. Living area was very roomy. Apartment was clean and neat and well equipped. We had a great stay.

The kitchen area was a bit small which didn't bother us as we didn't cook, but worth noting for others who might plan to cook.

Spacious apartment downtown Koblenz

Great location, spacious, clean. Efficient communication with the host. They had a bottle of white wine waiting for us in the fridge, which was nice after our trip.

No onsite parking. We went to an underground parking and then had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator)

Large two-bedroom 3rd floor apartment with elegant view of Munzplatz. Nice furnishings, good kitchenette, large bathroom. Good communication with host. Excellent price.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da und jeder hatte seinen Platz. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet bzw. hilft zügig. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Keine Parkplätze, aber es gibt in der Nähe öffentliche Parkplätze, gegen Parkgebühren.

Świetna lokalizacja, duży przestronny apartment, wino w lodówce.

Przeszkadzał mi smród papierosów jaki zostawili poprzedni klienci. Obiekt dla niepalących. Fajnie byłoby lepiej egzekwować ten wymóg i obciążać karami tych co go nie respektują.

Très central sur une place animée, lumineux, spacieux, dans maison ancienne rénovée, décoré avec soin, grande salle de bains. Hôte réactif

Cuisine petite et basique, cave n'est pas adaptée pour les vélos contrairement á la proposition de l'hôte car escaliers raides et très étroits. Pas adapté si vous voulez être au calme

Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in dit ruime appartement.

De ruimte was super! Twee fijne ruime slaapkamers, een ruime nette badkamer en een mooie grote leefruimte. Alles was keurig netjes schoon en de attentie bij ontvangst was ook erg leuk.

Wij vonden het toch jammer dat je 3 trappen op moet omhoog, er is geen lift.

Die Wohnung hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage im Stadtzentrum und die meisten Ziele in Koblenz sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Ausstattung und es fehlt einem an nichts.

Fantastisch verblijf hartje centrum

De accommodatie is veel groter als op de foto’s! Heerlijk lichte fijne woonkamer en bijzonder smaakvol ingericht. Alles heel schoon en een prachtige ligging midden in het centrum. Een zoet wijntje in de koelkast als welkomst geschenk en hele fijne vlotte warme communicatie. We komen hier zeker heel graag terug. Het verblijf had niet beter kunnen zijn.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Koblenz ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und hat uns (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) sehr gefallen. Nam ist dazu sehr nett, er kümmert sich um das Wohl seiner Gästen: er hat uns sogar ein Kinder Spielzeug, die wir in der Wohnung vergessen haben, per Post zurückgesendet. Danke und alles Gute.
