Best place in Koblenz

The host is answer our questions very quick. The place is very clean and big. There is a sauna inside, private, very nice and easy to use. In relation to other places in Germany, this is one of the finest we already was. There is everthing around, very confortable also. We already stayed in Koblenz, and this is the best in town.

Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es eine Sauna gab, eine Spülmaschine mit Tabs und auch, dass das Bad mit Seife, Duschgel, Föhn und Zahnputzbechern ausgestattet war. Alles war wunderbar sauber. Durch die Bilder an der Wand und kleinen Accessoires, wirkte die Wohnung sehr einladend und wie ein Zuhause.

Leider hatten einige Handtücher kleine Flecken und es gab keinen Fahrstuhl in den 4. Stock. Aber so konnten wir etwas für unsere Fitness tun.

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen guten Grundriss. Sowohl für 4er Gruppe als auch für 6er Gruppe platzmässig gut geeignet, wobei es bei 6 Leuten mit nur 1 Bad vielleicht herausfordernd werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist nah beim Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch Altstadt sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Schön ist auch die Infrarot- Kabine. Wir haben sie allerdings nicht genutzt, weil es uns draußen zu warm dafür war und wir viel unterwegs waren. Ansonsten sollte man nur wissen, dass die Wohnung im 4 Stock liegt und es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. War für uns aber kein Problem. Ebenso hört man den Zugverkehr recht laut, aber das ist natürlich klar, wenn man eine Wohnung neben dem Bahnhof bucht. Hat uns nicht gestört.

Einziges wirkliches Manko: die Duschbadewanne befindet sich direkt vor den Fenstern. Es gibt keine Jalousien, sodass - wenn man im Stehen Duschen möchte - man ab brustaufwärts direkt vorm Fenster steht. Tagsüber schon nicht entspannt, Abends bei Licht an, zumindestens für Frauen die sich nicht nackt zeigen wollen, nur im Hocken möglich.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, muss ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof wählen. Die zwei Zimmer zur Straße sind aufgrund des naheliegenden Bahnhofs etwas lauter, aber auch ok für kurze Aufenthalte.

Der Vermieter hat uns alle Informationen rechtzeitig zukommen lassen. Wir hatten ein Frage, der Vermieter war sofort telefonisch erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern , sauber, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wir hätten während des Aufenthalts ein Auto zur Verfügung gehabt. Leider sind zwar Parkflächen vor Ort, jedoch nur mit Parkschein. Also wenn man mit dem Zug reist ideale Lage mit Auto schwierig.

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage in Koblenz. Ideal für einen Wochenendtrip. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, ist hübsch eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Alles super :)

Es war zwischenzeitlich sehr kalt in der Wohnung.. die Heizkörper sind mit Thermostaten ausgestattet, die man vermutlich per App steuern kann. Die Bedienung war nicht offensichtlich. Irgendwie (vielleicht durch einen Timer?) sind die Heizungen dann aber doch angesprungen und es wurde warm. Ein Hinweis zur Bedienung wäre hilfreich
