Absolutely wonderful!

The owner,Natalie, was an absolutely fabulous hostess! She was filled with information and willing to help us in anyway possible. On our last day she tried to get us a taxi and didn’t feel comfortable with the outcome so she took us herself to the train! BRILLIANT lady! Truly loved our interaction with her!

This property is AMAZING however it is not in the center of town. There is a bus stop just across the street that picks up and drops off every half hour which was wonderful and easy to use. If you are looking for night excitement this would not be your choice however, after 30 days and 7 countries, the quiet nights were just the respite we needed!

Lovely and well equipped conversion, great location.

Nice conversion. It has everything you need for an extended stay, although we only stayed one night. 20 min walk to the centre of town. The host was very helpful and access was easy. The appartment has A/C, which would have been great if we had arrived a few days earlier when it was very hot.

Unfortunately, there were roads works and some external groundwork ongoing when we stayed. Not really a problem but distracted from the otherwise excellent experience.

I would book again in a heartbeat

The property was beautifully refurbished. We’re a group of four cycling from Basel to London via Eurovelo 15 and stopped for one night. Nathalie the owner is lovely. Really friendly and helpful. She greeted us from a long hot day in the saddle with a cold beer and safe garage to lock our bikes. She even offered to wash and dry all our sweaty cycling kit! The apartment itself was Milo at the top of the building that she has been refurbishing for several years. It was cool, had great character and style and everything you would need for a a longer stay. We left after one night, but I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

I prefer a firmer mattress, but that is personal choice.

Tasteful, lovely apartment with parking space nearby

Friendly host! Really nice apartment that is very tastefully designed...the nicest by far of our four rentals on this trip. The Rhine is across the street and has a walking path and benches alongside. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the apartment has large windows that create an open, airy feel. The old town is maybe a 30 minute walk, or 10 minutes in a taxi...we walked in and took a taxi back.

Natalie was gracious and helpful all during our trip, with an excellent recommendation for dinner. The outside automatic blinds were very helpful. About a ½ hour walk from Old Town.

Will be unparalleled once the off street parking is sorted. It’s a bit of a construction zone at the moment, but still parkable.

A fabulous place to stay.

The apparent is beautiful inside with all the modern features and facilities you will need. Natalie was a fantastic and welcoming host who was waiting for us on arrival to show us around. located roughly 20 minutes walk from Koblenz centre it was a perfect location.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a quiet residential area along the Rhine with access to public transport at your door

Easy check in, key left at apartment. Beautiful and spacious renovated, thoughtfully refurbished and well appointed apartment with well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean. Bus stop with bus into Koblenz almost out the front door. Parking on property

No information about local restaurants, supermarkets, local transport services. No information about how to use appliances, heating/cooling. Air conditioning not working No information on how to use or change TV to English subtitles. No access to streaming services or English TV channels. Supermarket 20 minute walk away Only one restaurant (Italian) nearby Had to ask about Bin and recycling system. No iron and ironing board

Natalie the host was EXCEPTIONAL. Arranging additional extras at little notice including MTB rental.

A little bit of a hike, 25 minute from station with packs on a hot day. But once there, the accomodation was GREAT.

A hidden gem

The in unit washer was amazing for a couple bike tourers. The bed was comfy, and the apartment was beautiful. The host was super helpful, spoke excellent English, and let us know about all the amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Home away from home!

We were completely impressed with how comfortable, well furnished, and the thoughtful touches of this apartment. We could have stayed another week just to have enough time to appreciate the large common room. Though it required street parking, our host met us at the property and ensured that we had parking adjacent to the building. She was wonderful for providing familiarization with the property, area, and provide recommendations for our stay. The location is walk-able to downtown given sufficient time and has a nearby bus stop for those who choose to ride public transportation. We will look to stay at this apartment the next time we visit the area.

No dedicated parking, however the property host made up for this very easily and ensured that we had a place to park our vehicle.

Host was very responsive. The loft was unique. Location is great, a perfect getaway area with reasonable access to restaurants and shopping too.

Beautifully designed apartment with everything you could need and a really awesome vibe. The bath was beautiful and the host is such a friendly and welcoming person. She accommodated with parking even through we were driving a massive 9 seater van.

While it’s an absolutely beautiful walk, the old town is a good 30 minutes away - only an issue if you’re exhausted. It really is a beautiful view the whole way. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful renovated apartment as a perfect basis to explore Koblenz

Everything was perfect in the apartment with a special mention of the bathroom and the kitchen: simply amazing. There is a closed shelter for bicycles, the Rhein promenade is practically in front of the apartment, so that it’s a pleasant walk to the bridge. There’s also a bus stop in front of the building: the bus runs also in the evening and it’s just a 10’ ride to the center.

Perfect stay in Koblenz

We were cycling along the Rhine and decided to stay on the quieter side of the river. And we're we glad we did. The accommodation was beyond what we expected. Everything was immaculate. We had wanted to explore Koblenz but once we arrived, it was so difficult to leave! Our host was very friendly and even offered us private bike storage off the streets.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich da ein kleines Refugium geschaffen hat. Unser Loft war perfekt, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht, ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Treppe zur Unterkunft ist steil, Vorsicht! Mir fehlte ein Ganzkörperspiegel, dass ist jedoch schon auf dem Plan… ;)

Apartamento muy acogedor, limpio y tranquilo

Nos encantó el apartamento. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, todo estaba muy limpio y se respira mucha tranquilidad, especialmente al estar en la parte superior del edificio. Se nota que está bien organizado: tienes tu propia llave y tu habitación, y se siente un espacio cuidado y acogedor. Nos gustó mucho también la norma de entrar descalzos y dejar el calzado en la entrada. Nosotros hacemos lo mismo en casa, así que nos hizo sentir “como en casa” desde el primer momento. Además, la comunicación fue fácil y nos ayudaron incluso con cosas prácticas como pedir un taxi. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene una terracita muy bonita (aunque nos tocó mal tiempo y no pudimos disfrutarla como queríamos, tiene muy buena pinta para tomar algo si hace buen día).

No hay ascensor, y con las maletas puede ser un poco pesado subir y bajar escaleras. Aun así, se ofrecieron a ayudarnos, y con esa ayuda se hace mucho más llevadero. Para nosotros no fue realmente una molestia, simplemente el “pero” más pequeño.
