Modern Apartment with Unexpected Bonus—Note the 4th Floor Walk-up!
The apartment was lovely—exactly as pictured, very clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. A massive bonus was finding a dryer in the unit, which wasn't mentioned on the booking page. It was great to have, though I wish I’d known earlier as I’d already paid for laundry at my previous stay!
The check-in instructions need improvement; adding a few photos would make the process much smoother. It’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. This should really be mentioned prior to check-in so guests can prepare for the climb with luggage.

A good sized apartment in the centre of the old town.
It's on the top floor with no lift, which was ok for us but might be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Good size for two couples, convenient location, well supplied.
Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t too bad. The property overlooks a big park where people hang out and drink until 2 a.m., so the noise will keep/wake you up, but we fell right back to sleep.

I liked that the apartment is in the center (in the sense that you don't have to go far when you're tired after a walk). The apartment has a lot of space, all the necessary little things for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the owners for a few coffee capsules! One bed is not very comfortable, the second is better. The price-quality ratio is good.
What we didn't like: the location (yes, in the center, but the place is noisy, there are suspicious people, the exit from the house is straight to the cafe tables), and in addition, there are very noisy neighbors on the floor, they have a lot of children running around until late in the evening. We didn't find the entrance right away, there were no identification marks on the doors. There is no curtain in the bathroom, and the neighbors from the house were clearly visible diagonally, which means they could see me clearly. The cleanliness is not at the highest level, there were other people's hairs on the floor in several places. There were washed towels in the washing machine, and a mountain of dried laundry in the dryer (we cleaned it all up ourselves, because we wanted to use them). And the most unpleasant thing: it was important for us to check in a little earlier than 3 pm, literally two hours earlier or at least an hour earlier, so that there would be enough time to visit the fortress (let me remind you that check-out in these apartments is at 11 am, and the next guests check in at 3 pm, the owners have 4 hours to clean the apartment). I wrote to the owners about this. I received an automatic response with the prices and the procedure for paying for additional hours. When I clarified whether I understood correctly that it is not possible for free, I did not receive an answer at all. My request for an earlier check-in was not considered in essence. I did not want to pay extra, we decided to walk around the city and go to the fortress with our backpacks. But when we got to the apartment in the evening, we saw hair on the floor in different places and untidy laundry. I won't add the video, although I have it. The question is, are the owners really attentive to the requests of guests? They did not let me in earlier and did a poor job of cleaning. I hope the owners will read this and take this mistake into account.

Great value in Koblenz
A great value for the price! Comfortable beds, a coffee maker with capsules, small refrigerator, all in a great location. The parking garage is just a few meters from the apartment.
Early morning city noises because, well, you’re in a city and we had to open all of the windows for comfort. Wouldn’t recommend if you can’t climb four stories of stairs. The shower wasn’t designed to contain the water. All of these factors are minor in comparison to the good things.

Unfortunately there are no "police hours" in Koblenz and below on the street there were on the first Night a Friday an outside disco, extremely loud with "bum-bum" sounds until 4 am. Despite very well sound insulated windows and really good earplugs sleep was not possible.
Saturday only inside disco, bar music, no problem with windows closed and earplugs, but male voices, arguments 'til 4 am again. Otherwise the apartment was super clean and just perfect.
The loud music and sleep interruption by male arguments and loud conversations on the street below. It's like an amphitheater, the sound bounces up.

Besser ins Hotel
Die Lage ist zentral in Koblenz
Leider hatte eines der Betten eine Art Schimmelfleck der sich vom Matratzenschoner durch die Bettwäsche hoch zog. Da wir Abends ankamen und direkt in die Stadt gingen, fiel uns der Fleck erst Nachts beim zu Bett gehen auf. Ein solcher Hygiene Mängel geht einfach gar nicht.
Hinzu kommt dass in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer ein Boiler verbaut ist, der sich die ganze Nacht über ein und ausschaltet. Ruhiges schlafen Fehlanzeige. Für den gleichen Preis hätten wir zwei Doppelzimmer in einem Hotel bekommen, was definitiv die bessere Wahl gewesen wäre.

Die Lage ist top die Sauberkeit insbesondere in den Betten, in denen man schläft überhaupt nicht gut.
Die Lage war sehr zentral und gut.
Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Es waren noch Windeln im Mülleimer und als wir am nächsten Tag die Bettbezüge abgezogen haben, war Blut auf der Bettdecke und in dem anderen Zimmer entweder Urin oder Schweiß. Der Treppenraum ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Unten liegt Müll und es ist nicht unbedingt einladend.

Emplacement idéal. Le parking (20€ pour 24h) est juste devant. Un des marchés de Noël de la ville est sur la place en contre bas !
L’appartement est plus grand que ce que j’imaginais.
Il y a de quoi cuisiner.
On est directement dans le centre ville.
L’accès est très facile avec les boites à code.
Il manquait peut être un rideau dans la salle de bain.
Les couvertures en plein hiver ne nous ont pas suffit.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in hervorragender Lage.
Tolle Lage, einen Steinwurf von Rhein und der Altstadt Koblenz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer. Geräumiges Bad und gut ausgestattete Küche.
In einem der Schlafzimmer ist ein Gasboiler installiert, der während der Heizperiode den Schlaf empfindlich stört. Davon abgesehen gibt es wenig auszusetzen.

Zentraler Punkt in Koblenz mitten in der Altstadt. Leider ist es (besonders durch die Untermieter) sehr laut gewesen
Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Köln. Schlüssel über den Schlüsselkasten war reibungslos.
In der Wohnung unter uns war die halbe Nacht ein großer Radau. An Schlaf war ziemlich lange nicht zu denken. Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage. Es fehlt ein Aufzug. Barrierefrei ist die Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen. Auch fehlt die Möglichkeit, ein e-Bike gut unterzustellen und zu laden.

Die Wohnung war unsauber, insbesondere Waschbecken, Küchenschränke waren verdreckt.
Obwohl wir mit 4 Personen angereist sind, gab es nur 2 Essteller und lediglich einen Kochtopf.

Wegen einer Techno-Disco in der Nachbarschaft konnte man nicht schlafen. Zwei Betten waren sehr unbequem. Im Bad hatten die Fenster Klarglas, d.h. man kann von außen hineinsehen. In der Küche fehlen etliche Dinge, um dort Kochen und mit 4 Personen essen zu können. Lage: 4. Etage ohne Aufzug - das ist mit Gepäck anstrengend.

Schrecklich, Finger weg!
Wir wurden kurzfristig, am Vortag der Anreise, vom Anbieter auf ein anderes Apartment umgebucht.
Ich habe dem zugestimmt, da ich mich bereits am Vortag auf der Reise befand und die Alternative von Air b n b auf den mir gezeigten Fotos in Ordnung erschien.
Wir wurden kurzfristig, am Vortag der Anreise, vom Anbieter auf ein anderes Apartment umgebucht. Das war die totale Katastrophe, dreckig, Lampen und Türgriffe kaputt, stinkende Mülltonnen im Eingangsbereich und die Betten nicht frisch bezogen. Die Dusche hatte weder Vorhang noch Abtrennung, dafür aber in jeder Fuge Schimmel. Nachdem ich den Vermieter ich die Missstände durchgegeben habe, und eine Lösung verlangt habe, reagierte der Viermieter unangemessen und dann einfach garnicht mehr auf weitere Nachrichten und Anrufe.Absolute Unverschämtheit!

Uitstekend verblijf voor goede prijs midden in centrum
Top appartement midden in het centrum. Er lag een doos chocolaatjes. Lekkere bedden. Zelfs koffiecups aanwezig. Schoon. Als je langer zou blijven is er een wasmachine en droger en peper, zout, olie etc.
wel op de vierde verdieping zonder lift. Ontbijttafel is heel klein. Voor ons geen probleem maar f je echt met z'n vieren aan tafel zou kunnen eten?
