Great for a stay in Koblenz without car.

Very nice apartment. Very convenient if you come by train - close to the station.

Be aware that there is no elevator and finding a parking is a challenge. We left our car in the parking lot 10 min away for about 20 Euro.

Very nice appartment to visit Koblenz, close to train station.

Nice appartment, close to central train station. Approximatly 25-30 min walk to Altstadt (old town)/Deutsche Ecke, 10 min to river Rhine. Appartment we had (No. 4.2) was on 4th (top) floor, no elevator. Seems that most/all appartments in the building are for rent by tourists. 2 comfortable bedrooms with good double beds, TV and each have own bathroom (washbowl). 1 central shower and 1 central toilet. Small kitchen with table and chairs, which also serves as living room. As it is on the top-floor, no view (overlooking other roofs). Quiet area. Very nice and suitable appartment for visiting Koblenz. Taxi to/from Altstadt is around 12-15 euro. Parking (if you can find a space on the street) is about 8-9 euro/day. But you have to fill the meter every day before 8 AM (or download one of the parking apps (QR on the parkingmeter), and pay online via credit card. Parkingmeter takes cash (coins only), and did not accept my debit- or creditcard. But app works fine. Alternative is parking garage at the train station (closeby).

All was fine. But as there is no aircondioning, it might be warm in summer, as it is top-floor under the roof. Very weak WiFi signal, which is barely usable on the top floor. Signal is better in hallway on 3rd floor (for quick downloads). For regular use you have to use 4/5G.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit guter Anbindung

Die Lage ist top. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Lidl 6 min zu Fuß. Gute Bäckerei ums Eck. Parken an der Straße möglich und zu empfehlen. Ruhige Wohung. Manchmal konnte man Schritte von oben hören, war aber nicht sehr störend. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Mitnehmen würde ich jedoch noch Pril, Lappen und Geschirrtücher. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden, brauchten wir aber auch nicht. Ich würde für eine Reise nach Koblenz die Ferienwohnung erneut mieten, weil es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, nicht weit vom Zentrum ist, Bushaltestellen vorhanden, Bahnhof 10 bis 15 min weg, Betten groß sind etc.

Die Tassen waren leider nicht richtig gewaschen und im Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt. Ansonsten war alles super.

Gerne jederzeit wieder und empfehlbar

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Trennung von Dusche und Toilette hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren geben würde, dann wäre es höchstens die leichte Hellhörigkeit des Hauses.

Parken ist eine Herausforderung. Preis von 0,25 € für 20 Minuten in der Nähe ist moderat.

una piacevole sorpresa

Appartamento rinnovato da poco con gusto, si trova all'interno di un condominio in zona tranquilla. Camere spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, ognuna con il proprio lavabo in camera. Ottima dotazione di accessori in cucina con possibilità di prepararsi il caffè. A 100 metri è presente una panetteria/pasticceria che prepara buoni prodotti.

un po' scomoda la dislocazione dei servizi. esiste un locale WC con piccolo lavabo, poi nelle stanze sono presenti i lavabi per la stanza, infine c'è un altro spazio dove è presente la doccia, che si affaccia sul corridoio ed è a vetri, parzialmente trasparente. se si viaggia in famiglia non ci sono problemi, se invece di viaggia con amici, manca un po' di privacy. E' l'unico neo che ho trovato, che si aggiunge alla scomodità di trasferirsi in 3 stanze diverse per completare l'igiene mattutina. Non è propriamente in centro (2k circa), mentre è vicino alla stazione.

Super schnelle Lösung mit Schlüsselbox. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, zur Stadt geht man allerdings 20 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
