Host was accommodating and helpful with providing a new dishwasher and asking the tenants above us to be quieter. We appreciated the extra attention with both of these issues. Host also refunded a credit for a mix up with booking the apartment we had originally reserved.
The water in the shower turned either hot or cold when the washing machine was running.. this made the showers very uncomfortable.

Es wurde versucht, die Betten zum Beispiel schön zu dekorieren. Die Betten, Handtücher ubd Bettwäsche waren sauber.Die Bilder an den Wänden sind ebenfalls schön. Die Kommunikation zum Gastgeber war sehr nett, leider ist die versprochene Rückerstattung 3,5Wochen nach Reise immer noch nicht angekommen.
Leider ist das Objekt sehr ungepflegt, der Vorgarten zeichnet sich durch massives Unkraut (z.B.riesiger Löwenzahn) aus, das Treppenhaus steht vor Dreck, das Bad ist groß, die Holzdecke voller Fliegenkot und die Heizung verrostet. Das Mobiliar ist zum Teil abgenutzt. Hinter einem Bett waren zig benutzte Taschentücher. Es wirkte leider lieblos und zum Teil Wochen nicht geputzt(Treppenhaus, Aufbewahrungsgläser etc.) Siehe Bilder...
