very good and well worth the money with excellent host.
very good host and the apartment was good with everything needed for the trip except a tv for at night as was away working not on holiday.

perfect stay will return
the lady was friendly and very polite welcome us with big smile, for little extra we have whole swimming pool for us to use, the beds was comfortable but little bit to soft for us, the whole place was spacious and clean, we will return to this location
we was on top floor and with smaller children the stair was little bit scary due to be open planed as there isn't any safety to add like gate or something that can stop the kid and no railing to hold to.

Great view with friendly owner
- The owner was very nice and friendly - The view was great, with sunset and sunrise, looking to the river was an amazing experience - We’re allowed to pick some vegetables and fruits from the garden which taste very good, another great experience for the family
- The entrance to the property is a bit tricky (small road and you have to drive a bit further until the end of the road). The neighbor unfortunately was not so friendly to foreigners when we just wanted to ask the house number (but it’s not the owner’s fault)

Da wir hauptsächlich eine Schlafgelegenheit gesucht haben und tagsüber bis Spätabends unterwegs waren, hat diese Unterku
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und man hat einen schönen Blick über den Rhein auf die andere Uferseite
- teilweise lagen die Matratzen einfach nur auf dem Boden, ohne Bettgestell oder ähnliches - extrem viele kleine Fliegen im Badezimmer - trotz 80 € separater Zahlung für den Pool, haben ihn auch die anderen Mietwohnungen mitbenutzt - 40 € Extrakosten für eine Grillecke, die wir schließlich nicht genutzt haben - extrem kleiner Balkon - die Kühl- / Gefrierkombination wurde teilweise von der Vermieterin belegt

Nos gustaron las vistas del Rhin y de Coblenza desde el balcón.
No comprendemos este alojamiento. Era la planta ático de un chalet, con todo el espacio diáfano, salvo el cuarto de baño, y doce colchones distribuidos por todas partes. Algunos con somier y otros no. Sin campaña extractora en la cocina, sin lavadora ni secadora; sin calefacción ni armarios para colgar la ropa. Parecía un albergue. La parcela es grande y tiene una zona de barbacoa, pero no está habilitada ni limpia para disfrutarla. Es posible que en verano sí, pero tiene aspecto abandonado. Además, solo podíamos entrar a partir de las 16:30 y nos teníamos que ir al día siguiente antes de las 8:30. Finalmente, la propietaria se avino a dejarnos hasta las 10:30, y se lo agradecemos. Pero el conjunto no nos gustó.
