The host did not provide me with the code and could not access the property. I spoke multiple times

The host did not provide me with the code and could not access the property. I spoke multiple times with the host over the phone to request my Code for the key box but was refused to provide the code for the box over the phone and because I did not have internet access could not get the code. After that I spoke with Booking customer service and after explaining the situation they told me to wait so they can contact the host, but after waiting for over an hour and half no one called and we have to leave to look for another place because it was already 8pm in the evening. Later on I called customer support again to ask what has happened and to cancel my booking and they just said that I should have received the code online and I cannot cancel the booking due to its policy nature and is non refundable.

What A Pleasant Surprise!

We were impressed with this neighborhood, fun shops and very good restaurants literally downstairs from the apartment, even a movie theater next door! When you walk up the steps and into the space, you will be surprised at the large room size and high ceilings. Of what we noticed the most was the attention to detail of the host. There's nothing we left. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. But mostly it was so sweet that the host left treats for the kids and even a little breakfast for the morning! The coffee maker was a very nice one and a welcomed addition. The door locked well and we felt very safe at night in the apartment. The host was responsive and kind. One thing I noted the most is how clean the place was. You can tell the host takes pride in their home and really thinks of everything. Thank you for a lovely stay, we are family of five and felt that we had plenty of room to relax and rest. Nice size refrigerator, handy to have a microwave and stove as well. Thank you for thinking of everything!

We all liked the apartment, despite a few imperfections.

Comfortable apartment, conveniently located for train station, eating out and sight seeing in Koblenz.

What we thought was the key box code from Booking.com was wrong so we had to contact the owner for the code, whilst at the door. The kitchen electrics could be improved so that appliance cables need not trail from from dangling extension leads, and, despite having the luxury of a coffee maker there was no basic baking sheet for the oven, or dustpan and brush for clearing the crumbs a previous occupant had left in the drawer under the oven. The (very long) trains pass right outside which can be disturbing, though you get used to it. Instructions for appliances, particularly the tv, would be useful. We didn’t use the tv as the Wi-Fi code didn’t work on it (it did for our ‘phones). Also we were there during a slightly chilly week in April, it would have been nice if the heating had stayed on longer in the evening, or there had been instructions to say whether it could be switched on for a short boost, we didn’t want to tinker with an unknown system. I dare say we could have contacted the owner about the tv and heating , and I’m sure they would have helped, but when returning tired from sightseeing, we hadn’t the energy left.

Perfect stay in the center of Koblenz

Everything was great. Very clean (recently renovated), a lot of space and fully furnished. Very close to both the city center and the railway station.

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely apartment and had a great time exploring Koblenz.

It was a lovely newly renovated apartment, near both the railway station and the central part of Koblenz, It was good communication prior to the visit and we were greeted and shown around the apartment when we checked in.

There were sign that other parts of the building were under renovation but as the renovation of the apartment was completed that wasn't an issue. As we were there during the heat wave we had the windows open and could hear the trains passing.

Sinceramente quedé muy sorprendida por el precio y de verdad me he sentido como si estuviera en mi casa porque literalmente era un apartamento amueblado me he sentido súper cómoda junto a mis hijos incluso encontraron algo para jugar ahí y también mi padre que tiene Alzheimer durmió bien en su habitación Cómodo más la máquina de café que había tomamos el café por la mañana antes de salir y devolver las llaves dentro del buzón las dejamos pero sinceramente si pudiera incluso le daría mucha más puntuación. He quedado muy sorprendida con ese precio he pensado que sería una cama o algo básico Pero de verdad muchas gracias un servicio maravilloso🫶🏼

Avevo scelto questo appartamento per l aria condizionata e alla fine non c era. Ho trovato 1 ventilatore ma le camere da letto erano 2 e così ne ho chiesto un altro ma non funzionava. In cucina non c erano piatti e pentole sufficienti e al mio arrivo ho trovato asciugatrice e lavatrice piene di lenzuola.

Zentrale Lage, geräumige Zimmer, neuwertiges Mobilar

Nähe zu den Bahngleisen mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung durch vorbeifahrende Güterzüge im 5-Minuten-Takt. Spartanische Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien: Keine Pfanne, nur ein riesiger Kochtopf. Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus.

Raumaufteilung war gut.Stadtnähe Perfekt.

Unsauberes, reparaturbedürftiges Treppenhaus war erst abschreckend.Wohnung war geräumig, Küchenausstattung war nicht wie beschrieben...schlimmste war der Trockner lief noch ,Luft war stickig.Kaffeeautomat funktioniert nicht(Entkalkung?).Keine Spülutensilien,z.B.Schwamm ,Abtrockentuch,kein kleiner Topf( zum Eier kochen) ein Beutel Tee war auch nicht die Masse.Besteck unsauber.Badezimmer ,nur Handseife.Schimmel am oberen Fenster.Es wurde mehr angepriesen als vorhanden war.Nachts konnten wir jeden Zug mitzählen.🫣Der Hofblick war so ähnlich wie das Treppenhaus.🫣

Wäre eine gute Unterkunft,wenn sie sauber und die Küche besser ausgestattet gewesen wäre.

Die Lage ist gut.

Der Trockner lief noch als wir um 15:30 ankamen.Das Geschirr stand nass und teilweise noch dreckig im Küchenschrank.Musste alles nachgespült und abgetrocknet werden. Kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden.Zum Kochen nur ein großer Topf und eine winzige Pfanne vorhanden (beides nicht sauber). Auch der Herd und das Spülbecken waren keineswegs sauber. Wasserkocher gab es ebenso nicht. Gut wäre der Hinweis gewesen, dass man DURCH die Haustüre mit den Rädern durch muss,um in den Hinterhof zu kommen. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und der Lärm nachts aufgrund durchfahrender Züge nur bei geschlossenem Fenster auszuhalten.

Die Küche war verschmutzt Der Backkasten war nicht zu gebrauchen , so schmutzig war er. Von der Dunstabzugshaube hingen Fetttropfen. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es war nur ein riesiger Topf vorhanden. Das Bad war nur oberflächlich sauber, man durfte nicht in die Ecken schauen.

Die Lage ist super.

Die Matratzen sind schon extrem durchgelegen und in dem anderen Zimmer sind sie extrem hard. Die Lautstärke im Haus ist unfassbar laut und es ist sehr kühl, es zieht überall (mit Baby nicht zum Vorteil).

Geweldig om hier te overnachten zeker met een gezin of vrienden

Ik overnacht veel in hotels. Maar hier voelde ik mij heel thuis. Hoge plafonds. Veel ruimte. Alles was aanwezig. Tot koffie bonen toe. Opladers tv’s echt alles prima. Prive parking aangewezen door de buurman of was het de eigenaar zelf. Top!! Onze motor’s stonden veilig

Bra läge, väl utrustad lägenhet med gott om plats för en familj

Läget är väldigt centralt och nära tågstationen. Rymlig lägenhet. Köket var bra utrustat. Badrummet fräscht. Trevligt med lite vin som present.

Tyvärr hade några detaljer missats men förhoppningsvis var det bara denna gång. Koden till nyckelskåpet var fel, tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren var fyllt med tvättade handdukar och lakan som var blöta. Duschen full med tvål på golvet

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Komfortable Wohnung für einen Kurztrip.

Eine sehr geräumige, ästhetisch eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man auch mit bis zu sechs erwachsenen Personen genügend Platz findet. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass der Gastgeber schnell erreichbar ist bei Fragen bzgl. des Check-Ins. Die Betten sind komfortabel und man wird mit einer kleinen Süßigkeit begrüßt.

Im Badezimmer ist auf der Außenwand ein etwas größerer schwarzer Fleck zu sehen. Falls dies nicht der Beginn von Schimmel sein sollte, würde ich diesen überstreichen. Die Duschvorrichtung könnte etwas stabiler angebracht werden, man muss bei der Bedienung äußerst vorsichtig sein. Der Kühlschrank könnte etwas saubrer sein (es schien, als wären einzelne Fächer nicht ordentlich gewischt gewesen.
