Über den Dächern von Koblenz

Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz war bei der Unterkunft dabei, die Wohnung ist schön, hell und geräumig, alle Fenster kann man komplett verdunkeln, wir kommen gerade wieder 😊

Der Klodeckel ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, bleibt nicht oben und fällt immer in den Rücken. Handtuchhalter locker, Brauseaufhängung gebrochen. Lässt sich sicherlich mit wenigen Handgriffen beheben 😊

Location is perfect as well as view to the catedral

The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. The parking space is quite close, but it is still about 150 meters from the apartment. There seemed to be an issue with the water, as the temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold. The biggest problem was the heat. During our stay, the outside temperature was over 40°C, but the apartment had no air conditioning. It was impossible to keep the windows open because the apartment is right next to the railway tracks, and the trains were very loud, making it impossible to sleep. However, if we kept the windows closed, the temperature inside the apartment reached around 29°C, so we couldn’t sleep either. Overall, it was very uncomfortable during our stay.

Zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, Bettwäsche sauber, schön eingerichtet, alle Fenster kann man komplett verdunkeln

Appartement bien situé entre 300 et 500 mètres du centre ville accessible à pieds, avec place de parking gratuit. Appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé.

Gros bémols : appartement situé à un 4ème étage sans ascenseur ; ce qui n'est pas signalé par Booking, si ce n'est que dans les avis. Signalé par les propriétaires au dernier moment. De plus appartement très bruyant la nuit car la chambre donne sur une voie de chemin de fer réservée aux trains de marchandises (cf photo jointe prise de la fenêtre de la chambre) qui circulent la nuit avec un passage environ tous les 1/4 d'heure. Du coup impossibilité d'ouvrir le fenêtre et appartement manquant d'une climatisation. Ceci, aussi, n'est pas mentionné par Booking.
