Nice place, but rather expensive for 4 people, especially since it has only one separate bedroom.

Perfect central location, clean apartment. Bed in the big room was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Place was cozy, and well decorated. Bathroom was spacious. Separate WC was helpful. Beautiful view to the front.

Entrance to the main house door was dark and not clean. Incorrect code was provided in the Email. Needed several long phone calls to get that sorted out. Website mentions 2 bedrooms, but it was 1 bedroom, plus a big room which had a bed and the kitchen. Housekeeping had forgotten about toilet paper. In summer it could be loud towards the central square.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT, VERY GOOD VALUE.

THE LOCATION IS VERY CENTRAL, RIGHT ON ONE OF THE MARKET SQUARES. WAS VERY QUIET OUTSDE AFTER 10PM LATEST SO WAS GOOD. WIFI VERY GOOD, WIFI VERY GOOD, PLENTY OF HOT WATER AS THERE WA X4 OF US.

THE ENTRANCE WAS A BIT OFF PUTTING BUT FINE ONCE YOU GOT THROUGH THE DOOR. ITS 3 FLOOR AND NO LIFT WHICH WAS FINE FOR US BUT IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH STAIRS MAYBE AVOID. IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY CAR RESEARCH THE PARKING. MOST PARKING NEAR BY IS SHORT TERM 2-4 HOURS. I ALSO HAD A ROOF BOX WHICH LIMITS YOU. I USED "Am Saarplatz" AND ENTERED VIA THE EXPERT KLEIN ELECTRIC SHOP SIDE, NO HEIGHT RESTRICTION THIS ENTRANCE, WHICH IS PART OF THE SAME CAR PARK, PLENTY OF SPACES, ABOUT 22 EURO FROM EVENING UNTIL LUNCH TIME

Amazing !

We travelled from London to Czechia for holiday and we found some hotels on half way home so we can rest and also see something beautiful and this was amazing! The apartment has 6 windows so whoever loves the natural light like us I'd recommend it, its very spacious and has a lovely cool design, we loved all wall pictures and both rooms were amazing really, comfy and simple welcoming! We visited 4 hotels on our holiday this summer and this one was the best of all of them :-)

It was a bit difficult for us to find free parking as the centre of town is pedestrian only, however I think we were a little bit tired over the long journey and stressed out and with a precise navigation from the owner we managed to park for 3 days for free. We also arrived in the hottest summer days so the room got hot very quickly especially if you open windows which you will do because it's amazing to watch the life going on on the square :-D we loved it so much :-D So maybe an air con for the room in the future would be a good idea.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in dieser Wohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Die Lage war ausgesprochen gut, mitten in der Innestadt in der Fußgängerzone, alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Natürlich kann man an diesem Ort nicht erwarten , mit dem Auto vor zu fahren oder zu parken, es gibt jedoch gebührenpflichtige Parkhäuser in der Nähe und auch die Parktipps des Vermieters haben wir in Anspruch genommen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Weihnachtsmarkt war wunderbar.

Positiver Aufenthalt mit viel Platz und großen Panoramafenstern auf den "Plan".

Die Lage der Wohung ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind erreichbar. Busanbindung zum Bahnhof ist gut. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, bietet zwei Toiletten. Die Betten haben zwei Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Die Kooperation mit der Vermieterin ist gut.

Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses in der Leeren Passage ist wenig einladend. Der Balkon befindet sich außerhalb des Wohnbereiches.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville, la machine à café, la chambre sur la cour intérieure, la propreté du logement

Le 2eme lit double est dans le salon, à côté du canapé et le salon donne sur une place très animée. Il fait vraiment chaud et si on ouvre les fenêtres on est dérangé par le bruit. Il n'y a pas de volets, seulement des rideaux qui ne ferment pas complètement. L une matin, on est réveillé très tôt par la lumière du jour Les escaliers pour monter au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, c'est long quand on est chargé. Il faut un compte Netflix pour pouvoir regarder, ce que nous n'avions pas compris avec le titre de l'annonce.

Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip Koblenz

Ruim en comfortabel, modern en schoon, gelegen aan een plein in de binnenstad van Koblenz. Restaurants en terrasjes voor de deur, erg gezellig. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

Het enige minpuntje is dat de auto in een parkeergarage moet staan tegen vrij stevige kosten en dat je dus vijf a tien minuten moet lopen met je bagage.

Locatie midden in de stad, maar daardoor wel gehorig in de huiskamer waar ook een bed stond

In de ochtend al heel veel lawaai, niet fijn voor de mensen die in de huiskamer slapen. Toegang tot het complex behoorlijk vies en donker. Op de derde verdieping dus ook flink trappen lopen.

Sie liegt super zentral und perfekt für eine Städtereise !

Man sollte wissen, dass es mitten auf einem Platz mit vielen Restaurants gelegen ist. Heißt um 7:00 morgens wird da gearbeitet! Und dass nicht wirklich leise. Aber mit fester geschlossen ist es voll ok. Leider sind die Lüftungen im Bade Zimmer sehr. Sehr laut und auch von den Nachbarn!

Die Lage war gut, mitten in der Altstadt.

Der Eingangsbereich vor der Haustür unten. Dieser liegt in einer privaten Passage und war voller Müll und Magenreste. Die Wohnung ist mit einfachen, einfachsten Möbeln ausgestattet, die wenigen Pflanzen vertrocknet, ungemütlich. Für uns war es kein Altstadtjuwel. Ein Balkon war nach hinten raus, mit Blick auf graue Dächer und Abluftrohre der Betriebe.
