Beautiful Koblenz property with a patio on the Rhine!

What a beautiful location, with a patio right on the Rhine and accommodations that cannot be beat. The host was gracious and kind, and we were thrilled with everything about our stay. We travelled with three kids, and while it was walking distance to the train to take day trips, it was a little long a walk if one has very young children. We are hikers with our kids ages 6, 10, and 12, so it was not too bad except for longer days by train to other nearby cities for site seeing. Not the most convenient for those seeking accommodations close to the KD boat port or wishing to be in the center of the historic Koblenz area. We had a car rental during the end of our stay which allowed us to see more of Koblenz, but we needed a taxi to the renal from the KD drop off after a Rhine trip with luggage. This certainly isn’t a deal breaker, but may be helpful for those traveling with children in preparation. This home is perfect for those seeking everything one could ask for staying in Koblenz with either limited day trips or a rental. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer, and so do the kids! If ever in Koblenz again, we will most certainly be back.

This house was so comfortable for our multi-generational travel. Everyone- including my parents and my children loved this property. We especially loved the comfy beds, the views, the terrace and the easy access to the walking path along the river.

Amazing Koblenz

The House was very Big and besidde the river with an amazing view. 10 min. walk from the center and the Castle and Old town and a lot of other things. The owner og the house Peter was a very kind . and very helpful . Bedst value for money ever.

Ein wunderbares Domizil, mit herrlichen Blick auf den Rhein. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Sehr empfehlenswert 😀

Würden gerne wiederkommen

Die Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Haus ist groß, übersichtlich, wir konnten auf der Terrasse und auf dem Balkon sitzen, die Aussicht genießen. Netter Kontakt, hat uns Tipps gegeben, wo man Essen kann, das es nicht weit war bis zur Stadt rein. Taxi Unternehmer empfohlen und und und. War ein schönes WE mit den Mädels.

Een prachtig huis, heerlijk ruim en de bedden liggen heel goed. Alles goed onderhouden en een fantastisch uitzicht op de Rijn. Ik zal dit verblijf zeker aanraden voor groepen.

Koblenzer Perle am Rhein mit Blick aufˋs Deutsche Eck

Großes Haus in bester Lage mit Garagennutzung, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Balkonen, der Riesenterrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Deutsche Eck und direkter Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit am Rheinufer. Unterkunft geeignet für Gruppen und Familien in Nähe zur Innenstadt. Reichliche Ausstattung in der Unterkunft im Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Eine Garage stand auch zur Verfügung.

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung, die Funktionsprüfung der elektrischen Geräte kann sicher noch optimiert werden.

Super vakantiehuis!

Super huis, waar alles aanwezig is om je een ontspannen verblijf te geven. Zeer vriendelijke beheerder die zeer behulpzaam was. Prachtige tuin en nog mooier terras direct aan de Rijn. Wat een ruimte en wat een uitzicht! Zelfs de kussentjes in de tuinstoelen ontbraken niet! Grote parasol die voldoende schaduw geeft, wanneer je niet in de zon wil zitten.

Es war alles sehr gut organisiert und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Die Kaffeemaschine war leider verschimmelt, da vorherige Gäste sie nicht geleert haben.

Super Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Rhein. Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Verwalter war ebenfalls prima. Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Rhein. Das ist wirklich einmalig. Alles war schön sauber. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, ohne das man sich in die Quere kam. Leider war die Terrasse bei unserem Aufenthalt noch nicht fertig erneuert. Aber die nächsten Mieter werden dort sicherlich mit allerbestem Ausblick grillen können..:-)). Der Vermieter und auch der Verwalter sind besonders freundlich und sehr flexibel. Einfach toll! Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals.

Die Einrichtung bräuchte hier und da ein kleines Make over. Alle! alten Lebensmittel der Vorgänger müssen unbedingt entsorgt werden. Auch im Gefrierschrank. Ein paar Tisch-oder Stehlampen im Wohnzimmer wären schön. Deckenbeleuchtung ist nicht soo gemütlich. Auch der Fernsehtisch im Wohnzimmer könnte größer sein. Bei 5 Personen wurde es knapp.
