The noice from the floor when you walk in the room is really disturbing Even though the city center is 10minutes away by bus from the apartment, if you decide to go by foot you can't because it's about 2 hours and that's because the city center is on the other side of the river.

The room was very spacious. It was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. I like bedside tables with a reading light.

We had to call the owner because we didn't know which key box was for our room and our pin number was incorrect. There was a lot of food in the kitchen. Stocked items could have labeled so we would know what we could use.

Superb stay!

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The shared bathroom was super clean. I think it is cleaned daily or every other day. I would definitely be back. Lovely town with historical sites.

DefinDefinitely recommended though not if you have mobility problems

Great position. Clean and comfortable. Free (7.00pm - 8.00am) parking a two minute walk away. Supermarket the same. The kitchen was well appointed. Apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs and the shower is over the bath so if you have mobility problems (we didn') it isn't for you. If it hasn't been brought to your attention the water drains out of the bath very slowly.

True to its name: Historische Haus! Must love its old charm

It is a Historische Haus, so it is an old building with squeeks and stairs, but I loved its charm and view on the Rhein, near a LIDL, parking is free from 7pm till 8am, kitchen equipped with everything you need, there is coffee and tea. Miro was there with the solutions and responses but not pushy and unsolicited. It is kind of self serving wth a keybox. It is perfect location to visit Deutsches Eck.

Value for money Koblenz room across the Rhine

Nice big room, comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. I must stress this was excellent value for money in Koblenz and we were not dissatisfied! However it is worth noting that it is on the other side of the river to the main city. There are lots of buses, a train option and a lovely little ferry, but we had to work all that out ourselves. Lidl nearby is good for self catering in the clean and good sized kitchen, but there isn't much in the way of restaurants and bars nearby.

Not that we needed to, or that it was a problem, we didn't see the owner at all. Floorboards creak, though it is a very old house! It would be useful if tips were provided by email or in the room or the kitchen on public transport to and from the city, the Hbf and best value options for river trips / visiting the fortress by cable car or railway (or walking)

Wonderful bedroom, private bathroom was quite big with bath and shower. Everything’s clean; the owner was friendly on the phone.

Position. Too far away from town centre, 20min if there’s the boat… in the evening/night you have to walk till the bridge and then in city centre (30min).

Really nice place but before think about means of transport

Everything’s modern and clean. Shared kitchen beautiful and complete with kitchen accessories.

2 shared Bathrooms for 6 double rooms, only 1 with shower. Position is not comfy. You need to take every time the ferry boat (which costs 2.50€ one way each, only cash) and then walk for 10 more minutes to city centre. In the evening there’s no boat, so you have to walk to the bridge and then to city centre, it’s about 30mins.

Leider schlechter Service und Antwortverhalten.

Wir wurden am Tag vor der Ankunft informiert, dass aufgrund von einem Systemfehler unser zweites Zimmer anderweitig vergeben wurde. Wir sollten daher die erste der beiden Nächte mit zwei Zustellbetten (eines der beiden Zustellbetten war zudem noch defekt) zu viert übernachten. Dafür sollten wir eine Gutschrift erhalten. Als wir wegen Schlüssel für das andere Zimmer für die zweite Nacht nachgefragt haben, haben wir keine Antwort mehr erhalten.

Royale kamer, zeer schoon, fantastisch bed, grote badkamer. Bonus: een complete (gedeelde) keuken. Koffie en thee en suiker waren aanwezig. Tip: poedermelk voor in de koffie. Zeer late uitcheck mogelijk.

Het was er zeer koud. De eigenaar doet de verwarming niet eerder dan oktober aan. Met 12 graden buitentemperatuur overdag is dat niet te doen. Dit kan je voor gasten oplossen met een bijzetkacheltje. De dekbedden waren erg dun. De eigenaar bracht later op de avond winterdekbedden. Tip: leg in de kast alvast de winterdekbedden.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war sehr räumlich und übersichtlich Mann kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Das Personal war sehr gastfreundlich und tat alles um die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat da ich das Zimmer für mehrere Nächte gebucht habe waren es nur 2 Handtücher zu Verfügung standen für 2 Personen .
