Reasonable value

Mostly clean but there was dirt in one of the drawers, Comfortable beds, nice shower, fridge, stove, etc. Nice windows. Good TV and WiFi. Several restaurants around the corner. Close to the Rhine River and the walking path, however Hochstrasse Street was not very walkable as there was little room for people to walk safely.

Keys and locks were a bit stiff, so some instructions would be helpful, like colour coding the keys, and "turn the key to the left". Steep stairs. Could use more hangers. We had to ask for a kitchen towel, and how to use the microwave. The QR code on the info sheet didn't work. No AC for the hot 30 C days. Slow feedback on the messaging, and we had 3 phone numbers to call, and sometimes only one would respond; this needs to be streamlined. An instruction sheet for the microwave and stove would be helpful especially for people who are not familiar with local German appliances.

I would like to repeat staying there again.

The stay was amazing; clean, many facilities were there. The staff was cooperative. Being near to the river is the most wonderful thing to spend quite time in the morning. The bus station is so close. The area around seems scary at night but still safe.

The network wasn’t good.

Self-catering apartments in Koblenz

Very Clean, big bathroom, value for money, nice small kitchen.

Sagging mattress causing backpain; bedframe was extremely squeaky, squeaking every time you turn, pillows were too soft and unsupportive of the neck. Heater located next to the bed so extremely tight space to get in and out of bed on one side of the bed. Overall we slept really bad and didn't wake up well rested. The pictures are misleading, the apartment is not located directly next to the Rhine but in a street one street up from the Rhine with views of the terraced houses on the opposite side of the street. No direct views of the Rhine. Possible to walk to the Rhine during the day but wouldn't recommend it at night. Located in a very narrow street, so have to careful driving there. There are 2 parking spaces provided but also very narrow driving in and out if one of the spaces (Nr 1) is used and the neighbours is home with his van, further narrowing the parking space.

Clean and renovated apartment with nice kitchenette

The apartment was nicely decorated, roomy, and clean. It had a very n8ce kitchenette. It is 2 minutes from the Rhein River and a lovely stroll from K9blenz Altstadt.

The area looked rundown and not so safe. There was construction going on right in front of the apartment building. The steps to the 3rd floor made carrying our suitcases and bags upstairs, quote a chore.

Good value option to explore the area

Good value for money and a pleasant walk along the river into town. The stairs would not suit everyone but fine if you are reasonably fit.

Unfortunately I slipped on wet stairs going down to the basement looking for the washing machine and then the automatic light went out so I had to crawl up in the dark to a light switch on the floor above. I was not seriously injured but would advise everyone to be very careful on these stairs.

really clean, new, spacious, sufficient heating and kitchen. has a fridge/freezer combo. stove and oven. MASSIVE bathroom. big bedroom. Very clean towels. rack for drying.

What was supposed to be a 2 room and 1 living room apartment turned out to be a 1 room and 1 living room apartment.

Superb

The apartment was very clean and was roomy. It had an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine,even plenty of coffee. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a couch and large flatscreen smart TV. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A bonus was the wonderful view across the river if you walked just 2 minutes from the appartment.

Parking was a little tight, but not a problem.

Katastrophal-nie wieder! Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Reklamation

Es gibt eine Küche, falls man selbst kochen möchte

Wir sind zunächst an der Unterkunft vorbeigefahren, weil wir nicht glauben konnten, dass unser “Comfortable new Apartment” in so einem heruntergekommenen Haus (überall abgeblätterterter Putz) in so einer zwielichtigen Gegend sein sollte. Nach mehrfacher Suche entdeckten wir an der Tür allerdings den Schlüsselsafe und fanden dort unseren Schlüssel. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock roch stark nach abgestandenem Rauch. Auch ausgiebiges Lüften (4 h) während unseres Abendessens in Koblenz half nicht und wir konnten nicht einschlafen, weil der Gestank so penetrant war. Die Toilette war komplett ungeputzt, Urinspuren der vorherigen Gäste waren an den Deckeln, blaues WC-Reinigungsgel im WC. Vielleicht hatte jemand vor zu putzen und ist dabei abgestorben. Fremde Haare im Waschbecken, ungeleerter Badmüll mit benutzen Damenbinden. Die Rauchmelder waren entfernt, nur die Halterungen noch an der Decke des Schlaf- und Wohnzimmers. Wenn in diesem alten Haus ein Brand ausbricht, möchte ich dort nicht wohnen. Auf unsere mehrfachen Reklamationen haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Ebenso wenig die angeforderte Rechnung.

GEEN AIRCO. Natuurlijk waren dit de warmste dagen van het jaar, maar wij kregen zelfs met de ramen open geen lucht. Warmte daalde van het dak naar beneden dus wij hebben twee nachten pas rond 1 uur de slaap kunnen vinden. WiFi bleek ook niet te werken.

Bra ytor, rymlig lägenhet. In- och utcheckning gick smidigt. Vi var lite osäkra var vi skulle parkera men fick förtydligande av värden utan problem.

Golvet var inte så välstädat, stekpannan helt obrukbar. Vi fick även diska om allt i köket innan vi använde det.

Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Koblenz.

Die Nähe zum Rhein war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, es waren auch Kaffee, Filtertüten, Tee und ein paar Gewürze im Schrank.

Die steile schmale Treppe sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Für die Fahrräder gab es keinen abschließbaren Raum, Sie konnten nur im freien angeschlossen werden.
