Woow... the apart kind of exceeded my expectation. It was a super fresh experience to stay in a building right beside the Koblenz's iconic historical spot. Despite a creaking staircase, the building was in good condition, and the apart was well furnished. Thanks to the large double windows, the guestroom had excellent natural light throughout the day. The bed was comfortable and the fridge didn't make any annoying sound during the night. The bathroom was spacious enough and provided both hand wash and shower gel. The whole apart was clean and sensed me a cozy vibe. I really enjoyed my stay there.
The unique location also meant there was some noise in the evening.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft, mitten in der Altstadt, erstaunlicherweise ruhig und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima, man bekam immer sofort eine Antwort auf gestellte Fragen..
Wir hatten ein sehr schmales Doppelbett, was für uns ältere Leute anfangs ein kleines Problem war.

Sehr zentral gelegen.
Keine Klimaanlage und kein Fan der bei hohen Temperaturen bereitgestellt wird. Die Wohnung ist bei heißen Temperaturen nicht zu empfehlen. Seife war auch leer
