Delightful haven in central Koblenz.

Excellent location, in the heart of Koblenz. Pleasant, well equipped flat, and a lovely warm welcome from Michaela who met me with the key. Top tip from a friend who lives locally: turn left out of the flat, left again, then right and past the church to find the best ice cream in Koblenz!

There can be noise from the street in the evening, but closing the double-glazed windows shuts it out, and there is no noise outside the bedroom (except lovely church bells), even with the window open. Not a dislike, but to alert other guests, especially any from outside the € zone: you need to arrive with €100 in cash as a deposit, which is returned when you leave.

A base in touristy Koblenz.

This old apartment is in the heart of old town convenient to most attractions and amenities. If you learn how to use a nearby rail station Koblenz süd, the transportation becomes easy. The kitchen is well equipped and the space is generous.

Some can be put off by the hostess’s asking for 100 euro deposit, but it is listed on the property requirements. I left her 200 because she couldn’t break it, and I got my 200 back with no issues. The hostess has a typical German stern mannerism which can be taken as cold. But she is accommodating and gives good tips. The street on Friday and Saturday night can be noisy, but it is u Immune in the bed room.

Superb

Very central in the old town. Lovely little apartment, just like the photos. Comfortable bed, nice little veranda. Easy to get in as long as you can phone the number when you get there, the lady then comes quite quickly to let you in. I got confused over the address but we soon sorted that out. Mostly due to confusing name listing on the confirmation from booking.com so best to find through the address. We had to leave the 100 Euro deposit but no problem getting it back, just keep the apartment clean and take your rubbish out.

If you want a lower floor request on booking. The lowest is the 1st floor, but other apartments are even higher.

Nearly 3000km to experience disaster

Apartment was nice, but what was not said was 4th floor and no elevator. If, as I have heart problems and partner hip problems and lung problems, we wanted to walk away first moment we entered. But then owner own also as rental all 3 floors below, we suggested to give us Apartment on the first floor. She would not do this. So after second day we left, because it took my partner over half an hour to get to the 4th floor with plenty of pain. The " nearby " car park is about half a kilometre away. We looked very much forward for this Christmas holiday in Koblenz and drove the 2800 kilometres to go there from South of Spain. However making this reservation for this apartment was a big mistake. So be aware.

Homey apartment with nice lighting and location

The host was very communicative and attentive. The apartment is very comfortable and homey, with nice lighting from the big windows. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It is also located right in the middle of the old town and we could walk to a lot of nice spots (river, old town, grocery store, etc). My partner and I would highly recommend this place!

It is up a few flights of stairs, so if you have heavy bags or cannot climb stairs, this will be difficult.

Sweating cozy apartment in the heart of the city! Nearby was everything you need: shops, pharmacies, a park, bars and more. The design of the apartment is beautiful, there were a lot of dishes in the kitchen, bed linen and towels are perfectly clean! Hostess is friendly and kind

These are minor things and didn't really bother me. But very thin walls and all the rustles of the neighbors were heard. Directly opposite the windows were other windows, close enough that you could see everything that was going on in our room. And next to the house is a clock tower that rang in the morning and woke up. But in comparison with the pros, these cons did not play a big role.

The hostess was really caring, everything we need was in apartment. Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. All details are thought out: blankets, dishes, napkins and towels in the kitchen, books and new magazines. The location is just awesome. It is very easy to connect with hostess, if you need. I recommend to everyone.

The door on the external staircase was a little tense. It was very audible when someone passed by.

Die Lage der Fewo ist einfach super. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und kommen immer gerne wieder. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht.

Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, dann wäre es die Anschaffung neuer Kopfkissen. Die vorhandenen sind sehr knubbelig und nicht besonders schlaffreundlich.

Geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage

Perfekte Lage in Koblenz, man kann das Deutsche Eck und die Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Restaurants und Bars liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und die Einrichtung in gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig.

In den Ferienwohnungen ist noch der alte Holzboden vorhanden. Dieser ist beim Laufen in der Wohnung sehr laut. Daher hört man auch die Obermieter sehr deutlich.

Mülltonne steht im Treppenhaus, somit wird man mit einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch begrüßt und verabschiedet. Sollte dringend geändert werden. Die Holzdielen in unserer Wohnung waren zwar schön, aber knarrten bei jedem Schritt, was gerade beim Schlafen stört, ebenso das Treppenhaus. Die Wohnungseingangstüren besitzen geriffeltes Glas und gehen nach aussen auf. Fernseher zu hoch angebracht für das vorhandene weiche Sofa. Den Sinn der Kaution in Höhe von 100€ habe ich nicht verstanden. Was kriegt man für den Betrag ersetzt oder gegen was möchte man sich absichern?

Je hebt een volledige etage met een aparte slaapkamer. Goede kook faciliteiten. Gelegen in de oude binnenstad van Koblenz nabij station Koblenz Stadtmitte en het busstation.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Koblenz

Die Bewertung wäre eine außergewöhnlich Nummer 10 geworden, wenn... Wir werden wiederkommen, bringen aber dann unsere eigenen Kissen mit, um schlafen zu können. In anderen Bewertungen sind die extrem schlechten Kissen auch genannt worden und nichts ändert sich 😢

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist super Betten gut, aber extrem schlechte Kopfkissen, 80x80 cm mit total verklumpten, dünnen und faserigem Inhalt. Um sich an der Couch mit dem Rücken anzulehnen, wären mindestens 185 cm Körpergröße notwendig gewesen. Keine Sofakissen vorhanden, hätten für den Rücken oder notfalls als Kopfkissen verwendet werden.

Für den Preis und die Lage zu empfehlen.

Die Dame, die die Schlüssel übergeben hat, war 1. sehr pünktlich und 2. sehr nett. Auch bei der Rückgabe hatten wir keine Probleme. Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es ist eine besonders schöne Terrasse vorhanden.

Die Wohnungseingangstür ist diskussionswürdig. Es befindet sich eine große Glasscheibe in der Tür. Zwischen Tür und Boden ist ungefähr 4 cm Luft. Sicher erschient das nicht. Wertsachen haben wir immer mitgenommen. Die Wohnungen sind recht hellhörig. Das ist aber Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Toplocatie in het centrum van Koblenz.

De locatie was perfect. Midden in de oude stad, met twee heel goede restaurants om de hoek. Het was netjes, schoon en mooi ingericht. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en gaf een hartelijk ontvangst.

Er waren hier en daar wat kleine mankementen, zoals de wc rol houder die loszat, evenals de douchekop. En de koelkast die scheef is gezakt. Maar alles werkte wel.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt, unsere Wohnung im 2. Stock war über eine enge Holztreppe zu erreichen. Die Eingangstüre zur Wohnung mit Glasdurchsicht entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Zweck. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft Anfang April ausgekühlt, die Heizung wurde nur lauwarm, eine angenehme Raumtemperatur lies sich nur schwer einrichten. Die Wohnung roch eher muffig. Das renovierte Bad war ok, ebenso Schlafzimmer, Bett und Matratze. Die Küche ist von Geschirr und Besteck wahllos zusammengestellt. Schranktüren hängen schräg. Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer wirkt lieblos und ungemütlich, die Holzböden machen die Wohnung aber etwas heimeliger. Die 100€ Kaution, die man in Bar hinterlegen muss, sind überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Toll gelegen, praktisch, sauber, ruhig, sehr angenehm

Perfekt gelegen in der Koblenzer Altstadt, direkt neben dem Münzplatz. Die Straße, der Altenhof, ist ruhig und das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten, also sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau der 50er-60er schätze ich, Treppe (kein Aufzug). Sehr schön renoviert, Fichtenparkett, sehr praktisch eingerichtet mit abgetrennter kleiner aber funktioneller Küche (Herd mit Backofen, Espressomaschine (Senseo, also die Kaffeepads), keine Mikrowelle). Es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Betten gut, Sofa, TV alles ganz praktisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min zu Fuß im Löhrzenter, REWE. Man ist ein paar Schritte von der Mosel entfernt, schöne Spaziergänge zum Deutschen Eck und in der Altstadt. Etwa 15-20 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß. Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Empfang durch Frau Brandstetter. Sehr sauber war es auch.

Die Heizung heizt langsam (aber sicher), wenn es vorher nicht besetzt war, kann es schon einmal 1/2 Tag dauern bis es richtig warm wird, dann bleibt es aber sehr angenehm.

Heizleistung könnte besser sein (besonders während der Nacht), Dusche etwas undicht und die Armatur etwas verschlissen (ansonsten sehr hübsch gemacht)
