Very nice Host

The Host meet us at the railway station and took us to the accommodation, with a quick tour of the city. The next morning, he was ready to kindly convey us to the Supermarket and when we were finished, he came back and collected us. He gave tips on sights and restaurants around town, nothing was any trouble. There was a bottle of wine on the table waiting our arrival. In the afternoon we enjoyed sitting in the garden with a glass of wine. The pictures do not show the true size of the apartment, there are three reasonable size rooms, with plenty of hanging space.

A gem of an apartment

Everything was great. Location was very good, near to railway station, bus stop and within walking distance to the old town. Apartment was comfortable, charmingly furnished, kitchen well equipped and garden prettily rustic. Our host was very responsive to all our requests, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and also a bottle of water, provided free coffee, condiments for cooking (pepper, salt, even oregano) and olive oil, and at the end of our stay, sent us to the train station. Thank you, Christoph, for making our stay in Koblenz so pleasant.

Good value, near town, clean, just right.

I can't fault this property. We were met at the station after a couple of delayed trains by Christophe and taken to the property via the route that would be best to follow on foot later. The apartment is a couple of minutes from Koblenz's second station Luetzel, an easy 8 minute walk into the Old Town and about 15 minutes to central station. There is a very good bakery and a supermarket close by. The apartment is neat, clean and was very comfortable for the two of us for the 6 nights we stayed there. The bed is super-comfortable! Wifi was never an issue. I'd recommend staying there and found the hosts friendly and very helpful.

Best apartment ever stayed in!!!!

Fantastic, very comfortabele and cozy apartment at the ground floor. Spacious, tastefull. Very comfortabele chairs, bed etcetera. Feeling at home immediately. And of course the outstanding owners. Very, very friendly and very helpfull. Very private apartment. Good place to put our e-bikes and a good also save place for our car (2 euro/Day. The excellent advice from our hostess for restaurants. Just outside the center at the otter side of the bridge.

Where to begin?? Everything about the property and the hosts was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, well equipped, well presented, quiet, and complete with a private garden area. Being over the bridge from the main part of town was great. Bus stop was around one corner and a train station around another. (We tended to walk into town and bus home.) Supermarket was 10-15 min walk but our hosts offered to take us there and back to save walking with the groceries! Christoph also met us at the station when we arrived, took us for a little orientation tour, and brought us to the apartment, where a lovely bottle of wine awaited us. Christine and Christoph were the most considerate hosts you could imagine. This was a delightful stay in every way.

Could not fault anything about our stay there and the only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung ist mega. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Alt-oder Innenstadt ist wie auch das Deutsche Eck gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Genoten van een paar dagen met rust, comfort en een heerlijke fles wijn !!!

Het appartement staat in een mooie aangelegde tuin waar de eigenaar veel aandacht aan besteed. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en alle informatie gekregen over het appartement en de omgeving. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en is comfortabel en zeer schoon.

Niets, wij voelden ons hier heel welkom en een thuisgevoel wanneer we na een bezoek aan Koblenz weer terug kwamen.

Ein idealer Ort um eine Städtereise nach Koblenz zu machen.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers bei der Anreise haben wir so noch nicht häufig erlebt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage kann man durchaus als ruhig bezeichnen. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum kleinen Garten. Leider sind die Abende Anfang April nicht so warm, dass man dort abends verbringen möchte. Im Sommer ist es sicher toll draußen sitzen zu können. Die Gartenmöbel hierfür waren bereitgestellt. Die Lage in der Nähe zur historischen Altstadt ist ideal fürs Sightseeing oder kulinarische Ausflüge. Das "Deutsche Eck" ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Seilbahn zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein ist dann nur noch fünf weitere Minuten entfernt.

Wenn überhaupt nur Kleinigkeiten = Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr herzlich und liebevoll

Wir sind drei mal im Kreisverkehr rumgefahren. Nach dem Anruf wurden wir zur Unterkunft geleitet und dort sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit echten Kunstwerken an den Wänden. Alles passt farblich zueinander. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für die kühle Zeit liegen Decken bereit. Wir waren Anfang März dort. Auch wenn noch nichts geblüht hat, konnte man erahnen wie es im Sommer dort im Garten aussieht.Wir mochten die großen Fenster, die viel Licht herein lassen. Zur Terrasse gibt es einen direkten Zugang. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Und ich fand es toll, das genügend Handtücher bereit lagen. Als Frau braucht man immer ein Handtuch extra für die Haare. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, um alles ordentlich zu verstauen. Genügend Kleiderbügel sind auch.Obwohl nur zehn Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, war es sehr ruhig. Man kann herrlich an der Mosel oder am Rhein spazieren gehen. Das Deutsche Eck ist in zwanzig Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Danke für die herzliche Freundlichkeit

Absolument parfait certainement à refaire.

Le confort le calme du logement et la grandeur était parfait ainsi que son équipement. La situation géographique par rapport aux lieux de visite de la ville historique était très correcte. Nos hôtes étaient particulièrement sympathiques et très accueillant. Nous avons passé mon épouse et moi-même un excellent moment dans cette jolie ville de Coblence. Un merci particulier pour Christophe et son épouse « nos hôtes » pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur sympathie.
