A very nice flat in a lovely area of Koblenz. Both the city centre and the university are reached easily either by bus or walking. Comfortable and practical flat, functional for working stay. The best feature of all is the balcony overlooking lovely back gardens.
The number pads for door codes were difficult to find in the dark; might be a good idea to say in the instructions that they are actually placed on the door handles. Toaster needs to be changed; it blew the main fuse which was then difficult to find (it is outside the flat). But these are very minor points.

Quite spacious.
Staircase very dusty and dirty. Sofa bed has bed bugs. Bed and quilt covers were not washed thoroughly.

Direkte gute Lage zur Handwerkskammer, direkt in der Nähe auch ein Einkaufsmöglichkeit für selbstverliebt, definitiv sehr sehr gut
Das läuft mir nicht so gefallen hat, war halt der Backofen. Er hatte einige Probleme an noch Schwierigkeiten im Heizen, aber die komplette Unterkunft sonst sauber ordentlich.
