The apartment is roomy and well equipped with all the essentials. Coffee, juices and croissants provided were a nice touch. Very comfortable beds and couches. Excellent location close to train station, bakery, pedestrian street mall, and even an aldi! Small balcony provides nice look out.

Layout is a little funky with entrance into one bedroom, then walk through second bedroom/living room to go to bathroom and kitchen. Dishes didn't seem clean. Paring knife can be sharpened.

Hassle free checkin , Great location since it is closer to station. Heater was working well, all kitchen items were clean and place was very comfortable and cozy.

We were a group of 6 and used the Sofa bed, We need additional extra quilts probably a good thing to look out and request the same.

Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die gesamte Abläufe waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, was uns sofort willkommen fühlen ließ. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden und in der Nähe wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den tollen Service!

Durchwachsen, Potenzial ungenutzt.

Die Lage war gut und es war sehr groß und sauber.

Die Schlafdecken haben gemüffelt, manche modrig und eine ganz unangenehm nach Schweiß. Des Weiteren hat die Bettwäsche nicht frisch gerochen und war auch geruchsseitig unangenehm, was zum Schlafen schlecht ist und uns gezwungen hat zu waschen und damit den halben Tag gekostet hat. Des Weiteren war die Unterkunft recht spärlich ausgestattet und es fehlte ein Wohnzimmertisch, sowie Regale im Bad, die für vier Personen Ablagemöglichkeiten bietet. Nachttische und Nachttischlampen sowie Strom am Bett haben außerdem gefehlt. Insgesamt war es wenig einladend und wenig gepflegt.

Apartamento grande con check-in cómodo

Amplio apartamento, limpio y con espacio de sobra para 4 personas (y eso que nosotros éramos solo 2). Nos dejaron café de cápsulas como cortesía. Check-in rápido gracias al sistema de caja con clave.

Que no hubiera ascensor y que está bastante mal insonorizado, se oía mucho el ruido de la calle y del propio portal.

Für unseren Konzertaufenthalt mit Freunden war die Unterkunft perfekt.

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind gut.

Auf den Bildern wurde eine Filterkaffeemaschine abgebildet. Wir hatten Kaffeepulver und Filter mit. Vorgefunden haben wir eine Kapselmaschine und 5 Kapseln. Leider haben wir kein einziges Spülmaschinentab gefunden. Darauf sollte es nicht ankommen.

Nachdem wir an der Wohnung gewartet haben, haben wir den Gastgeber angerufen und erfahren, dass sie wg. Bettwanzenverdacht gesperrt. Darauf wurde uns eine andere Wohnung angeboten, die aber nicht fertig vorbereitet war. Eine weitere Wohnung war ein upgrade, allerdings ohne WLAN und TV.

Abends/nachts war es sehr laut auf den Straßen und im Flur. Autos, die cruisen und andere Gäste, die spät ankamen oder in die Unterkunft zurück kehrten.

床上有小虫被咬一夜未眠

基本设施都有，沟通可以

1. 二个大床上有虫子，有二人被咬得厉害，另二人较轻。一人一夜未能入睡。开始以为是蚊子，点了随带的电蚊香后还是被咬，从头到脚，浑身是肿块。早上起来检查发现床单上有一只小虫在爬，拍照后掐死。一人(一夜未睡)拍了一些肿块照片通过WHAT'S UP告知东家此事。开始东家积极回应表示会查，后来说查过没有发现，因此解释说可能是我们从其它地方带来的。此说看了很诧异，来欧洲旅行已经40多天了，这是第一次发生睡觉被虫咬的事情，东家还以没有发现虫子而辩解，很担心问题以后还有机会发生。希望东家积极面对，对床被进行定期消杀，可能的话平时应该适当日晒，以免日后再次给住客带来困扰。随附一些照片为证。 2. 室内有3个WIFI账户，但一个不能上网，余2个信号不好，经常会掉。希望改进。

Kann ich nicht definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Der Vermieter hat leider auf unsere Anfragen über das Portal booking.com nicht geantwortet. Wir haben nach Kopfkissen und Geschirrhandtücher gefragt, leider keine Rückantwort, also auch keine Handtücher und Kopfkissen. Der Fernseher konnte nicht normal genutzt werden, da die Aufhängung in beiden Räumen defekt ist. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht funktionstüchtig, was bei über 30 Grad zu keinen guten Schlafbedingungen führt und das Wohlfühlen sehr beeinträchtigt. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist nicht gut, selbst einfachste Dinge müssen erst gekauft werden. Wer früher als 15 Uhr in die Wohnung möchte muss 10€ Aufpreis zahlen - ebenfalls sehr kleinlich.

Bien para una noche por la ubicación del piso muy cerca del centro ,cocina muy nueva y detalle de café e infusiones

Es un segundo piso sin ascensor,la casa se nota que la han rehabilitado para alquilar dos camas de matrimonio pero sin intimidad alguna,al entrar al piso lo primero que hay es una habitación,pasas al comedor habitación y allí la puerta de la cocina y el baño

Tolles Apartment in super Lage

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sowohl die Innenstadt, als auch der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Der Vermieter hatte uns sogar ein paar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (2 Trinkpäckchen, Süßbrötchen und eine kleine Flasche Rosé) bereitgestellt, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben :)

Zentrale Lage im der Nähe HBF und alles fußläufig zu erreichen

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment in Koblenz war äußerst angenehm. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage in der Innenstadt war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Insgesamt war es ein gemütlicher und komfortabler Rückzugsort, den ich gerne weiterempfehlen würde.
