בעלים מקסימים שיפץ את כול הדירות לבד במשך 8 שנים השקיע ממש המון הכול חדש חדש.
הדירה קטנה אבל מאובזרת היטב במיקום מעולה ממש על המדרחוב, הכול נקי מאוד ומפנק אפילו בקבוק סודה שוקולדים וקפסולות לקפה המיטה נהדרת ונוחה מצעים טובים יש המון חלונות לאיוורור.
בדירה אין מכונת כביסה אבל כן יש במרתף מכונת כביסה ומייבש שהבעלים מאפשר להשתמש בהם.
ביום של מעל 30 מעלות החום בדירה מוגזם ולא נסבל.
יש הרבה רעש מהמדרחוב ורכבים שעוברים בסמוך
אנחנו היינו בקומה 2 אבל יש עד קומה 4 דירות ואין אפשרות לדעת מראש איזה קומה תקבל-

3 rd Floor without elevator in the middle of a heatwave is not great

Die Beschreibung "Ganze Ferienwohnung - Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer" ist irreführend. Diese sog. Ferienwohnung besteht nur aus dem Schlafzimmer und dem Bad. Das Zimmer hat eine Küchenzeile. Also insgesamt kaum mehr als ein normales Hotelzimmer.
