Apartment mit Rheinblick Koblenz

Die Lage war super,Der persönlich aufgenommene Kontakt zum Vermieter hat stattgefunden, all unsere Fragen wurden zu 100% beantwortet. Werde diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden! sehr gut Alles bestens. Wir kommen wieder zu dieser Adresse.

Haustüröffner und Klingel waren leider ohne Funktion.

Locatie is uitstekend , zeer schoon en compleet ingericht

De 2 stoelen zitten niet prettig meer( aan vervanging toe) Geen Nederlandse tv zender(s)

We really liked it here. It’s well designed and laid out for a small space and the presentation is very good with toiletries provided, teas, coffee and even biscuits. The views and location are unbeatable. You can see the fortress across the river whilst seated at the table in front of the window and even when lying in bed. There’s restaurants and sightseeing right outside the front door and the old town shops are a short walk away. The apartment was very clean, the bed and bedding were good and the shower and towels were good. The cookware, crockery and cutlery are all sufficient for self catering. Parking was a great bonus (note there is a fee) given the lack of street parking in the area. Communication with the host was straightforward and timely. Our stay was too short and we’d definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Arrival instructions to follow GPS did not work for us! Our GPS took us to the pedestrianised area where the walk-in entrance to the building is. The apartment car park however is at the back of the building off Kastorpfaffenstrasse and you then walk through a lane to the front of the building. Note - The drip coffee machine shown in the photos has been replaced by a pod machine.

De ligging.

De warmte, het was vanuit de beschrijving en foto’s niet goed duidelijk dat de kamer op de hoogste verdieping van het appartementen complex was en alleen een dakkapel had. Hierdoor is het in de zomer met heet weer (het was 30-34 graden) te warm om te slapen en te verblijven. Voor voorjaar en najaar denk ik beter.
