Suitable for overnight stay.

The toilet was very clean. Supermarket is just nearby and open until 10pm. The host was responsive.

The apartment is in the basement which made the first impression quite negative because we expected something better for that price. Kitchen equipment is also quite old like oven which needs to be replaced. No dish washer, washing machine.

Really beautiful and well laid-out apartment, super friendly host and a really comfortable bed - best night's sleep I'd had for months! Right next door to a supermarket (open Monday - Saturday). The wifi worked well. The kids loved looking at the fish in the garden. We would love to come again.

The house in Asterstein in located on the hill. The flat is in a basement of a house.

The house in Asterstein in located on the hill. The flat is in a basement of a house which was pleasant in hot days. The flat is well equipped, a nice bathroom is modern, the big fridge. The hostman was friendly. We used garden every evening to speak and stay out which was very nice. Also bikes would be stored here safely.

The kitchen was small, no dishwasher, no washing machine. It was hard to ventilate rooms as flat is in a basement of the house. Some recommendations for guests where to go, what to visit, how to get there ... would be a good support for anyone.

Wonderful Apartment

Great rooms and bathroom, very clean and beautiful.Apartment well equipped, rooms are amazing, with massage chair, very comfortable bed, all very clean and well decorated. I will definitely come back, easy check in and very friendly and attentive owners. I had amazing days🙏 Thank you!

Estancia cómoda, relajante y con excelentes detalles ☕🌿

El alojamiento era muy espacioso, limpio y cómodo. La decoración moderna y la iluminación daban una sensación acogedora. El baño estaba impecable y bien equipado. Además, el jardín japonés era precioso y ofrecía un ambiente muy relajante. También tiene muy cerca un banco, un supermercado Netto e incluso una panadería ideal para desayunar. Tener aparcamiento gratuito fue un gran plus. Y la máquina de café automática, llena con granos, fue un excelente detalle para un amante del café como yo.

Un bellissimo giardino che abbiamo potuto utilizzare per mangiare oltre che per rilassarci. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto disponibile, molto amichevole e attento.

La cucina era molto bene fornita ma alcune attrezzature e stoviglie non erano perfettamente pulite. Il wifi non funzionava bene

Ontzettend lieve mensen, gastvrij, alles is aanwezig, netjes, schoon, heerlijke bedden, heel dicht bij Koblenz, stukje verder wat restaurantjes wel auto nodig. Naast de deur een supermarkt en een bakker. Heerlijk geslapen.

Schöner Garten

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Keller und ist sehr dunkel und ungemütlich. Die Küche ist alt und das Geschirr roch unangenehm. Der Zugang führt ausschließlich durch den privaten Garten der Gastgeber, wobei man direkt an deren Wohnräumen vorbeigeht, das hat uns eher wie Eindringlinge als Gäste fühlen lassen. Der Garten ist zwar schön, gehört aber den Gastgebern und steht nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir empfanden es nicht sehr angenehm und können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, der Garten war schön angelegt, das Badezimmer war schön gestaltet

Die Ausstattung wirkte sehr abgenutzt, verlebt und teilweise sehr dreckig. Toaster, Wasserkocher und mini Backofen waren sehr dreckig. Die Küche war absolut dreckig. Haare waren auf den Boden der Bettwäsche die Teppiche wirkten nicht sauber. Die Matratzen der Betten waren komplett durch.

Große FeWo mit kleinen Nachteilen

Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Sie verfügt über ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wenngleich die Decken ein wenig dünn sind. Im Eingangsbereich liegt eine Durchgangsküche mit einer DeLonghi Kaffemaschine, die mit Bohnen befüllt war und dazu Kondensmilch bereit gestellt. Die Betten sind bequem und groß und man eigentlich gut darin schlafen. Beide Schlafräume verfügen über einen Fernseher und haben für ein "Souterrain" ein noch gute Deckenhöhe. Das Bad hat ein Doppelwaschbecken und eine groß ebenerdige Dusche mit angenehm warmem Wasser. Seife, Shampoo, usw alles vorhanden. Ebenso wie Schwamm, Lappen und Spülmittel in der Küche. Parkplätze findet man eigentlich immer un der Nähe. Ebenso ein guter Bäcker mit Cafe bei Netto direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Die FeWo liegt im Keller eines etwas versteckten Hauses, das insbesondere abends nicht leicht zu finden ist. Wir sind etwas herumgeirrt, bis wir von der eigentlichen Straße in die kleine Querstraße gegangen sind. Von dort noch einmal rechts den Weg bis zum Ende. Durch die Pforte der Nr. 6 an der Terasse vorbei um das Haus herum erreicht man den Treppenabgang. Telefonisch war nur der AB des in der Verzweiflung angerufenen Vermieters vor Ort erreichbar, was das Auffinden nicht beschleunigt hat. Die FeWo ist gefliest und rel. dunkel, nur erhellt durch Kellerschächte und wirkt deshalb nicht gemütlich. Für ein paar Nächte und im Sommer / bei Hitze ist das vermutlich ok. Im Winter eher nachteilig. Leute die keinen Tiefschlaf oder Oropax haben, werden leicht von einem während der Nacht immer wiederkehrenden Geräusch (der Heizung / Pumpe,...?) geweckt. Das nervt wirklich. Ein Nachteil ist, dass keine Live Sender empfangen werden können, nur Sendungen über Mediatheken WLAN. Das Netz bricht gelegentlich ab. Der Preis ist zu hoch für diese Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit einer großen Küche, großem Bad, 2 großen Zimmern. Sie ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren auch total nett. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber man kann dort auf alle Fälle länger Urlaub machen.

Für unsere Zwecke (Radfahren an Rhein, Lahn und Mosel) war die Wohnung gut geeignet

Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Kellerwohnung in ruhiger Hanglage mit separatem Zugang über den Japangarten, in dem man auch gut sitzen und die Fahrräder überdacht abstellen kann. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt von Koblenz. Kostenloses Parken ist an der nahen Straße problemlos möglich.

Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist etwas ungemütlich.

Große saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten.

Toller Garten und Lage der Wohnung innerhalb 10 min im Zentrum. Betten sind bequem und die Wohnung ist sauber. Vermieter ist auch nett und zuvorkommend.

Dusche ist sehr glatt! Leider kein Tageslicht in der Wohnung, da sie im Keller liegt.

Sehr nette Vermieter und super Lage.

Die Lage war sehr gut für die Ausflüge nach Koblenz. Von dort waren wir auch zügig beim Christmas Garden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor Ort.

Das WLan war leider nicht immer gut. Eventuell sollte man besser Staub wischen.
