I extended my stay by two days because I really liked the apartment.

Check-in was easy. The host is kind and helpful. The interior of the apartment is very tasteful and it had everything I needed. The location is great; most tourist attractions are at walking distance, and a large supermarket is next door.

Exceptional

The apartment included everything what you need for a long stay. I enjoyed the possibility of the gym right behind the accommodation (even for a better price). The option of washing machine and iron was also a great thing, as I stayed there for 2 weeks and needed to use this services. The small things like coffee, tee, supplies for cooking were a very nice touch ☺️ the Host is very attentive and helpful. I will recommend this accomodation to my colleagues as well, as we tend to come to Koblenz on a regular basis.

The only thing I was missing was the air conditioning. I stayed there during a really hot period and it would be very helpful to have one. However I was told that it is not common to have Airco in Germany in general, so I guess this is something that would be missing in other accommodations as well.

Ich habe diese Apartment-Wohneinheit für 2 Tage gebucht, nach dem Einchecken waren die Bedingungen unerträglich, es gibt einen Raum im Badezimmer, der sehr schmutzig ist, voller Staub und Schimmel. In diesen Einheiten wird Prostitution praktiziert, es gibt 6 Apartments und in allen Apartments sind Frauen, man kann sie hören und sehen, man kann Stöhnen hören, im Flur reden nur die Kunden der Mädchen, die ständig ein- und ausgehen, es gab auch einen Skandal neben der Wohnung neben mir, unerträglicher Geruch auf der Treppe des Blocks, man kann viel Lärm hören, 2 Typen kamen zu mir und klopften an meine Tür, ich traute mich nicht zu öffnen, ich sah durch den Spion, sie standen etwa eine Stunde an der Tür, ich brachte den Müll nach unten und sie versuchten, über mich hinweg in die Wohnung zu gelangen und mich umzuzerren, ich schrieb an die Eigentümer und bekam keine Antwort. Das sind keine Wohnbedingungen, wir verließen die Wohnung nach 5 Stunden Unterkunft. die Eigentümer werden langsam wütend und belasten meine Karte mit 250 € mit der Begründung, ich hätte in der Wohnung geraucht. Ich bin nicht einmal Raucher (ich habe Asthma). Im Moment keine Reaktion von der Unterkunft. Sie nehmen einfach das Geld und stecken einen dort mit allen möglichen zwielichtigen Leuten unter. Wir können es nicht länger als eine Stunde aushalten! Nicht zu empfehlen! Gehen Sie in ein Hotel, das ist viel sicherer. Zahlen Sie nicht, diese Unterkunft wird Ihnen mehr schaden!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekte Kommunikation

Ausgezeichnete und schnelle Kommunikation. Sehr gute Beschreibungen betreffs Schlüsseldeponierung, Parkplatzzufahrt usw. (perfekte Beschreibungen, besser geht es nicht). Sehr schöne Wohnung und gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Lage. REWE, Aldi und DM sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr saubere und helle Wohnung.

Auch African-Style ist ein sehr gutes Appartement im Hause Stylish-Appartements. Bald habe ich alle Appartements kennengelernt, und in jedem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder. Die Leitung der Appartements ist sehr hilfsbereit und kooperativ.
