A comfortable, well-equipped apartment that was perfect for a family stay with young children.

We stayed for three nights with two small children (4 and 1 years old) and found the apartment very comfortable and family-friendly. The owners kindly provided a crib, which was a big help. The flat is well equipped and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. It was clean, spacious, and well laid out, making it easy to relax with young kids.

There was nothing significant we didn’t like. Overall, it met our expectations and worked very well for our family.

A very cozy and warm stay!

Feels like a home while we have been travelled for over a week and finally having some true relaxing time. Very spacious and high standard kitchen, top class appliances, plenty of treatments like coffee, tea, and the best part: beer. Really a pleasant stay and glad we made the right choice!

Guess other guests mentioned already, the pillows in the master bedroom are too big too high. Anyway tiny thing.

We traveled with a small child, and the owners provided a crib, a toilet seat, and toys specifically suited to our needs. Everything was extremely clean, and the apartment had everything you might need for either a short or long stay. The owners were very friendly.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, super sauber, alles vorhanden!

Wir sind ein Unternehmen und wenn wir die Aufträge in Koblenz und Umgebung bekommen, dann buchen wir immer diese Ferienwohnung. Erstens wegen der Wohnung selbst – sie ist sehr geräumig, hell und warm, und immer äußerst sauber. Ist voll, also richtig voll, ausgestattet und eigener Garten rundet alles perfekt ab! Zweitens wegen der Lage der Wohnung. Sie passt für uns perfekt: Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht in der Altstadt, sondern eher am Rande der Stadt, im äußerst ruhigen reinen Wohngebiet. Trotzdem nicht weit von Autobahn – so ca. 1 bis 2 km von Bundesstraße 327. Für uns also bestens geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden – Aldi und Rewe sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplätze: Das ist ein Traum! Es gibt immer freie, kostenlose und breite Parkplätze, die nur 10 Meter vom Hauseingang entfernt sind! Wir kommen meistens mit zwei sechs Meter langen Lieferwagen und zwei Anhängern und haben noch nie Schwierigkeiten beim Parken gehabt! Und zu guter Letzt sind die Gastgeber Katharina und Oleg immer freundlich, zuverlässig und kommunikativ :) Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, insbesondere die gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon und der Garten sind groß und man kann bei schönem Wetter ruhig draußen frühstücken. Das Bett war bequem. Der riesige Fernseher mit werbefreiem Netflix und Disney+ war großartig! Sehr hilfreich war auch die Beschreibung zur Nutzung des Schlüsseltresors, des Parkplatzes und der Wohnung. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! Gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung mit Garten in sehr guter Lage!

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und er war sehr nett. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wohnung super

Die Ausstattung war super und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch Parkplatz war sehr nah an der Ferienwohnung dran. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.

Wenn wir länger als 2.Tage geblieben wären, dann hätten wir uns beim Vermieter beschwert da wir nachts wegen den Gästen unter uns wegen trampellei und Unruhe teilweise nicht schlafen konnten. Das Badezimmer war ein wenig zu schmal

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien - Wir sind begeistert!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus „Koblenz Liebe“ war einfach großartig! Das Haus besteht aus zwei getrennten Ferienwohnungen, ideal für größere Gruppen oder zwei Familien. Wir hatten eine der Ferienwohnungen „Mosel“ gemietet und waren absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt! Das Haus liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber genau das hat uns gefallen. Die ruhige Lage war ideal, um abzuschalten und die Umgebung zu genießen. Außerdem sind alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Die ruhige Lage war ideal für Familien und trotzdem war alles Wichtige in der Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für die herzliche Betreuung und die durchdachte Ausstattung - wir kommen definitiv wieder! Besonders Familien mit kleinen Kindern können wir dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Das Haus ist nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt mit Kindern so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gab einen Hochstuhl, ein Kinderbett, Bettwäsche, Kinderbücher und viele andere praktische Details, die uns den Alltag erleichtert haben. Das hat uns wirklich begeistert! Unsere Kinder haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt und auch wir konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen.
