Lots of space near the railway station for trains to explore the Rhine and the Mosel.

HAndy location for Koblenz railway station, with parking on the street for a car. It was quite a wlk to the town centre and Deutsches Eck: although easily manageable, it did make us think about whether we wanted to go back to the flat after a train trip out before heading for town. Fortunately there are some good resturants in the area around the station.

When we went out one evening, the lights in the communal spaces didn't come on which made going up and down the stairs tricky. HAving a torch was very useful!

The place is great and spacious. It is also very clean. The kitchen is well equipped.

The unit is on 2nd floor and there no lift to the unit. Nevertheless, it was not soo bad to go up. Concern if the person checking in is old.

Very good apartment for family stay.

• Walkable distance from Koblenz Hbf • Spacious rooms, well furnished. • Well equipped kitchen, coffee etc provided. • Excellent attention to detail. Items such as houseshoes, an umbrella, and all utensils are provided. • Large bathroom with washing machine. Detergent provided.

The property is on the second floor and has no lift. The apartment was constructed recently. The stairwell is still a bit dusty. The apartment itself was very clean, so no issue.

Zentrale Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe

Das Appartement liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof Koblenz HBF und damit für die Anreise per Bahn ideal. Bis zur Altstadt bzw. zum Rhein/Deutschen Eck ist es dadurch ein etwas längerer Weg, allerdings hält der Bus auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung insbesondere der Küche ist sehr gut, es gab auch Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee. Ein einzelnes Wohnzimmer gibt es zwar nicht, aber in beiden Schlafzimmern steht jeweils auch eine Couch, was für mich völlig ausreichen ist. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor hat problemlos geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Selbst Kaffee, Tee oder gar Waschpulver wäre verfügbar gewesen. Wir gehen gerne spazieren, folglich war der Bahnhof, die Innenstadt und die Festung fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Optimale Unterkunft für Kurz- und Langzeitaufenthalte

Geräumige Unterkunft nahe am Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gute Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht und mehr. Mit Waschmaschine und Airfryer. Alles war sauber, die Matratzen war super gut für mich - ist ja immer individuell was man braucht! Für mich hatten sie genau die richtige Stärke, waren nicht durchgelegen oder so. Meinen Rücken hat es sehr gefreut :). Ich war hoch zufrieden. Da ich mit der Bahn reise, hatte ich keine Parkplatzprobleme. Diese sind aber bei Anreise mit dem Auto zu bedenken. Wenig Parkmöglichkeiten in direkten Nähe und 4 Stunden Höchstparkdauer. Das kann unter der Woche zum Problem werden. Vielleicht für manchen wichtige Information: Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock, kein Fahrstuhl - mich hats nicht gestört. Das Licht im Treppenhaus ist direkt rechts an der Wand nahe der Hauseingangstür auf ca. 1,60 m Höhe. Das hatte ich erst am 2. Tag gefunden. ;)

Rhen/Moselsemester

Lägenheten var välstädad och bra med plats. Nu var vi bara två personer men det går bra med flera personer. Fanns allt man behövde. Det var väldigt varmt i Tyskland, vi använde oss väldigt mycket av fläkten. Ändå tyckte vi att det gick ganska så bra att vara i lägenheten. Allt fanns i köket och i badrummet. Vi kan känna att boka boendet igen.

Lägenheten låg lite långt ifrån centrum. Rekommendera att ta en buss dit från centralstationen. Det som kan bli krångligt för någon är att den ligger i andra våningen och det finns ingen hiss. För oss gjorde det inget.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung

Für eine Ferienwohnung war die Ausstattung ( Utensilien für Bad und Küche) sehr gut.

Der Duschkopf war leicht verstopft. Die Pfannen und die Kochutensilien waren teilweise sehr alt oder nicht vorhanden ( Pfannenwender).
