手入れの行き届いた美しい風景とフレンドリーなスタッフ、美味しい食事。朝と夕方 ２回部屋にスタッフが訪ねてきてタオルや水を補充してリクエストに応えてくれた。その他LINEでもリクエストできるシステム。レセプションが離れていても困らなかった。日本の星のやよりコスパが良い。
朝ごはんのセットでアラカルトを２つ選べるシステムは一つ一つが豪華で(両方にご飯が付いてたり)２つ選ぶと多すぎた。選択肢をメインと副菜に分けたらどうかな？見た目や味はとても良い。

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。ロケーションも素晴らしいです。ヴィラで過ごす時間が最高でした。ヴィラからプールにつながっていて、ソファがあり居心地良かったです。部屋の前にも大きな屋根のついたソファがあり、雨が降ったりしましたがリラックスできました。
アクティビティのも参加しましたが満足できました。楽しかったです。
ガゼボの利用はバリのトラディショナル朝食を申し込むと利用できるのかと思っていましたが違うようでした。誰でもスタッフに告げれば利用できたようでした。あまりガゼボについての利用の口コミがなかったので分かりませんでした。
部屋の隣が誰でも利用できるプールラウンジだったので騒がしい日があり残念でした。

Swimming pool
Bathroom’s water was not hot enough. Changed the room was the same situations. We waste one night stay in the room without hot water.
