A perfect jungle paradise

This hotel must be one of the most stunning I have ever stayed. The premises are beautiful, sprawling, giving you a nice sense of privacy throughout the site. With jungle & greenery throughout. The villas feel very private and are worth the price. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely designed, and it feels like your private home in the jungle. I loved the concept of the pool which felt like a river, canal, with small moments for privacy. We also made use of the bath often as it was a large size. Additionally, the staff is super professional & accessible, when you need help in coordinated anything from food to transit to Ubud. A special thanks to our driver Budi. He was one of the nicest people in our entire stay in Indonesia. The food offered is also really delicious and we ate at the premises often.

Great choice I made to try Hoshinoya Resort in Ubud as I enjoy it fully!

Serene atmosphere in the middle of forest of Ubud! Foods I tried were tasty and great, daily snacks also very good. Spacious room, high quality amenities, staffs also very polite and friendly with great choice of complimentary activities.

Location wise, a bit too secluded area so a bit difficult to find transportation. Not near the river but still can hear the sound of river.

Loved the property and its hospitality

The amazing hospitality, the super courteous staff, the way they made our 1st international trip of our 18 month son special by a surprise celebration, the amazing access to the common pool, great spa, good food customised as per our requirements and the amazing view this property has from all corners be the breakfast area, the way to go to the spa, our villa , everything. Thank you Hoshinoya for making it so special, we loved you !!

Truly beautiful hotel, excellent privat villas, surrounded by the most amazing jungle and rice fields. Really peaceful but at the same time close to Ubud. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ubud several times per day and in the evening. Excellent food/restaurant and very kind staff.

Total relaxing in the middle of jungle! And every single staffs were very lovely. Spontaneously I extended 1more night. I would love to visit again:)

Beautiful surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff, helped us with making bookings for activities. We had a lovely 90min massage in the spa.

The hotel didn’t feel alive, a bit desolate. Very limited room service menu, many things not available or had to order 1 day in advance. The room was ok, with a nice outside area and pool access.

Huge disappointment

I was very disappointed by my experience at the Hoshinoya hotel For the price you are paying and for a 5 star hotel, the hotel is not at the level First, the room service is not done everyday which is a first time in a hotel like this There are also specific time where you can eat at the hotel and if you are missing those times, you cannot have access to any food which is very bad knowing the hotel is isolated, we had to go through this unpleasant experience There are a lot of hotels in Ubud and I would not recommend this one

Fantastic place with the great scent of Japanese way of living in the middle of Bali. Very peaceful. Nice food as well. Perfect for a lazy breakfast as well as a late night stargazing with a bottle of champagne.

The architecture, design, and landscape of the resort and the room is great. It offers different experience from other resort or similar place in Ubud.

スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。ロケーションも素晴らしいです。ヴィラで過ごす時間が最高でした。ヴィラからプールにつながっていて、ソファがあり居心地良かったです。部屋の前にも大きな屋根のついたソファがあり、雨が降ったりしましたがリラックスできました。アクティビティのも参加しましたが満足できました。楽しかったです。

ガゼボの利用はバリのトラディショナル朝食を申し込むと利用できるのかと思っていましたが違うようでした。誰でもスタッフに告げれば利用できたようでした。あまりガゼボについての利用の口コミがなかったので分かりませんでした。部屋の隣が誰でも利用できるプールラウンジだったので騒がしい日があり残念でした。

早餐是点餐制，就餐环境非常美丽，置身丛林中。如果酒店可以提前发邮件给顾客，有很多活动，需要提前预约。酒店虽然离乌布中心有些远，但有接驳巴士，山谷中的环境非常好。总之酒店安排了非常多的免费活动，这一点非常好，服务也很周到，泳池是个大亮点。
