Wow wow wow the best place we stayed in Ubud. It’s a dream, we even had monkeys visit on our last day

The main toilet has no separation from the bedroom and living area, however there is a 2nd bathroom outdoors so we used that toilet mainly.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We visited this place at the beginning of our trip to Bali, and we were sad when we departed, as none of the other villas we visited could compare.

Beautiful Private Villa Stay, with a Few Things to Note

Spacious and beautifully designed villa with a stunning view. Dedicated kitchen area with gas stove and excellent appliances. Large private pool, perfect for relaxing with a great view. Peaceful forest location away from the noise of Ubud center (you will need vehicle transport for any activity, nothing is nearby, but the view makes it worthwhile). Being in the middle of nature means bugs and geckos, but that’s expected and part of the experience (and there is plenty of bug sprays provided). When we faced a privacy issue with neighbors using a drone and moving into our pool area, management responded quickly and professionally to resolve it.

Strangely placed open toilet at the back of the room, next to the closet, which looked awkward and lacked privacy. The private toilet was located outside next to the pool, making it inconvenient. Very strict late check-out policy: Check-out is at 11:00 AM, which is earlier than many other villas. Even if you inform the manager in advance that you need a later check-out, you will still be charged for it. The way this was explained was vague and unclear, which caused confusion. It doesn’t really make sense to “announce” a late check-out if the outcome is the same—you will be charged no matter what. Guests should be prepared for this and plan accordingly, as flexibility is not offered.

Although it is close to Ubud, because of the high volume of traffic now in Ubud, it can take up to 25 minutes to get to the shops and restaurants because of the traffic jams. The road is not suitable to walk into Ubud as it is very narrow and busy.

Very disappointed!

The villa

It's not a hotel; there are just four villas, and they don't have a reception, restaurant or cafeteria. You're practically alone; contact is via WhatsApp, completely informal and they don't mention that to you on the website. We arrived early on check-in day and needed to have breakfast. The person who greeted us did it in the parking lot because there's no reception office. She told us they didn't have a restaurant or cafeteria, so she could order us breakfast, but we'd have to have it at the spa, of course, I didn't! So, tired after a long trip, we had to take a taxi and go to the center of Ubud for breakfast. The only day we ordered breakfast in the room (floating breakfast), it was terrible. My omelet was raw. They told me they were going to change it, but it never arrived. I didn't get to eat breakfast. Very disappointed, I didn't feel safe there; we were far from everything. During my entire stay (three nights / 4 days), I saw maybe one person around, I imagine it was the security guard, and nothing else. Far below my expectations!

Perfect

Everything was perfect in our stay, the villa is so so clean and free of insects or anything harmful. The pool was always clean and so good with the view. It is also 10 mins away from Ubud city center which was perfect. The villa also had a kitchen which allowed us to cook and prepare quick meals. The wifi was just amazing and the villa was so quiet. I want to thank the team they were very helpful and welcoming thank you 🙏😊

There could have been a few eateries within walking distance. But transport was easily arranged and it's not far to the centre of UBUD

AMAZING PLACE

my boyfriend and I booked this place only for one night just to finish our vacation with a relaxing place and it was the best decision ever to come to this amazing place! the room it’s just huge and with an amazing infinity pool! staff was super friendly and very good service. very easy to get there and still quite close to the city center ubud, it only takes 10 min with the motorbike. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back for sure! Willy was super kind and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay memorable!

Had a miscommunication with organising a drop off to our dinner reservation, which resulted in us missing a dinner we had planned to celebrate our anniversary. We asked the staff in person who confirmed, but when we waited 45 mins and the driver never showed we were told we should have messaged as well. Disappointing but mistakes happen, just a shame that we missed our anniversary dinner.

Beautiful property offering complete privacy and peace

From the moment we opened the door, I was so positively surprised. The photos don’t do the justice- the place is stunning! It is so big, really luxurious, comfortable and offers complete privacy. We really didn’t want to leave, as we enjoyed every second of staying there. It was so cool to observe monkeys from the terrace! And the floating breakfast was so beautiful and delicious- a must try if you stay there. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Absolute tranquillity! Superb location and amazing Villlas

My partner and I have wanted to stay here since pre-COVID, and finally got the chance during x-mas 2022. Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is! The villa was immaculate, and a private infinity pool overlooking an absolutely serene view of the jungle ravine below. Staff were lovely and were very accommodating to all our requests. The available breakfast was also so delicious; I really cannot give any cons to this place, and prices (Dec 2022) were very reasonable. 10/10 will stay here again.

Everything was spectacular. Location was only an extremely quick scooter or taxi into town yet was somehow seemingly deep in the forest and exceptionally quiet. Views from room were awesome and the villa itself was stunning. Service from the staff deserves a mention, especially the manager NiLuh who went out of her way with helping us with requests and ensuring the service was first class.

love how quiet and how lush the property is! the villa is extremely well maintained and was more beautiful in person! the breakfast was delicious and we loved the floating breakfast. the staff was very hospitable and friendly. great stay! highly recommend.

the villa is in a quiet location and a few minutes by car to the main Ubud strip. it’s not within walking distance to the strip as the streets are narrow and there are no foot paths for pedestrians. that can be easily be solved by arranging a personal driver the villa can help organise.

Amazing, high quality accomodation

This accomodation was amazing! We wanted somewhere where we could chill out and relax away from the hustle and bustle and it absolutely provided that. The staff were amazing and helpful, they helped organise doing some washing for us and also we were able to hire two high quality scooters for use while there. The room and facilities itself were all high quality and the bed super large and comfy. We would definitely stay again

We didn't use the pool alot as in our specific room it didn't get much sun and was pretty cold
