Beautiful and staff was wonderful
Alot of stairs and had to wait for a buggie to get us to our room

The housekeeping team is very poor, though they do change the linens daily; the shuttle drivers are not good, as accidents occurred twice during transport. The breakfast buffet is very poor—below average—and does not befit a 5-star resort.
The lighting in the villa is very poor, the furniture is outdated, and there are no Arabic channels available on the TV; the resort's overall rating does not live up to a 5-star standard.

Beautiful location, stunning views. Amazing staff. Beautiful rooms
Breakfast could improve with more varieties

Great big room, wonderful view into the creek and the jungle.
Loud music, many, many stairs to walk, limited availability of various offers (check in time, Bintang beer, avocado, tea pastry)
