Kenran Resort Ubud by Soscomma

Had Ana amazing stay! Staff was very kind and always remembered where I liked to sit and what items were my favorite. My only thing was I wish smoking was not allowed in the restaurant. I had to move to try and stay away from it and it kind of ruined my meal.

This place was gorgeous and truly the best place we stayed in Bali. The room is incredible, with a private infinity pool and beautiful views of the jungle and valley. Tons of birdwatching and monkeys in the distance. Staff were kind and responsive and friendly. We loved it. The massages at the spa were amazing, and the resort even had an Indian restaurant! My partner is Indian and said the food was so excellent. Overall would 100% return for a longer stay.

Please is great for a get away from everything

I booked two nights but on different platforms. The first night direct with the property and the second one through Expedia. During checking in I advised the staff of that and was advised that it was OK and we would have the same room for both nights. However on the second day around 10 am as we were leaving to go into Ubud we were told that we had to move rooms ( without any prior advice). I informed them that our driver will be there in 5 minutes but they forced us to go back to our room and pack our luggage. To book a buggy for transport I called Reception and was informed to call Housekeeping???? She couldn't do that? I asked the reception about both pools closing time and I informed the lower one close at 7 pm and the top one at 6 pm so I went to the lower one around 5:30 pm. Whilst at the lower pool at 5:45 pm I was looking for Pool Towels and eventually found I staff member staff member hiding in there back on the his phone. I asked where I can Find a Pool Towel and was told that the pool closes in 10 minutes. I replied that I still need a towel and he told me to go to the top pool to get a towel.
